Nice friendly owner, clean rooms. Good place to stay for students. Rooms doesn't have air-conditioner and it is pretty hot there.

Hotel was very clean and the personal is very nice. Also the room was available for a very low price. Our room had a shared bathroom but they were all very clean. I could bring my dog and we all felt very welcome! I can highly recommend the hotel!

It is near beach. Hotel znajduje sie niedaleko plazy. Room was dirty, without air condition. We had to pay for car parking (In the website was information about free parking). Staff didn't speak English Pokój był brudny, bez obiecanej klimatyzacji I darmowego parkingu (parking płatny na ulicy przy hotelu). Obsługa nie mówiła po angielsku.

Das Hotel ist nicht neu, befindet sich aber nur wenige Meter vom Strand und einem hervorragenden Restaurant entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und mit grosser Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch wenn das Badezimmer mit anderen Gästen auf dem Flur geteilt wurde, gab es nie Probleme irgendwelcher Art. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach hervorragend und viele Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch nur 50 Meter entfernt. Internet wifi funktioniert auch hervorragend.

Zimmer o.k.Lage gut, Frühstück auch o.k. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche stellt und in erster Linie auf den Preis schaut, ist mit dem Hotel gut bedient. In der Nacht ist es laut. Ohropax nicht vergessen.

...der Besitzer des Hotels ist äußerst hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig-das macht den nicht so tollen Komfort des Hotels wieder wett. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut .

Situato di fronte all'entrata della spiaggia, affianco alla più buona pizza al trancio di Grado. E' un budget-hotel, convenzionato con alcuni ristoranti in Grado vecchia. Il signore alla reception è simpatico. No aria condizionata e strada troppo rumorosa per tenere le finestre aperte e in agosto la situazione è invivibile. Il parcheggio riservato è limitato, quando siamo arrivati era tutto occupato e quello non a pagamento lì vicino era completamente pieno sia alle 17 (ora arrivo) sia a notte fonda, una volta rientrati dalla serata. Risultato: 3.50 euro +6 euro di ticket parcheggio per meno di 3 ore del sabato e per la giornata di domenica.

Preis-Leistug sehr ok! Mehr kann man sich für die Lage zu diesem Preis nicht erwarten. Sehr freundlicher Hotelchef ! Gute Frühstücksatmosphäre. Mehr als ein bis zwei Nächtigungen sind für einen 'wirklichen' Urlaub in Grado nicht zu empfehlen. - zu wenig Komfort ...
