Albergo Al Vescovo  

Clean, nice room with view to mounts and a nice stream. Friendly staff. We could park our car on the street very close to our room. There are a lot of beautiful hiking places very close to the hotel. Very children friendly environment with a small and nice playground.

Bread & jam for 4 consecutive breakfasts. We got a room under the apartement of the owner without WiFi (although it was very important for me and it was offered on booking form and the owner let me use her computer). In our room there was no T.V. - which was by the way absolutely irrelevant for me, I just mention it because it was offered on booking form.

Nice typical Italian hotel, but considering this was booked through a uk website, none of the staff or owner spoke a word of English, which was quite difficult. The hotel was empty when we stayed and although the kitchen was closed, the chef did cook us a 2 course meal, although we could not choose what to eat and it was the most expensive meal we had all holiday (25 euros each)! Staff were friendly enough and tried to please us. The breakfast is a little bit to be desired! Just bread and coffee, so quite expensive for 5 euors per person, although the coffee was really nice! Nice location, although nothing there so only recommend as a one night stop over

What quite expensive for what it was, we stayed in Venice cheaper and it was much nicer! Website says the hotel has free bike hire and a beauty saloon, but we did see this and it was not offered during our stay. Loud music was played Somewhere locally, maybe the local club until way past mid night!

Nichts

la posizione,il fiume dietro l'hotel,la signora ospitale e disponibile,la tranquillita'.

Difficile dare un giudizio preciso.... La mancanza dell'aria condizionata e dell'asciugacapelli, la colazione buona ma non completa di varietà, cozzano un pò con la terza stella. Il consiglio comunque è di fare qualche Km + in là (Slovenia) dove si possono trovare un'infinità di sistemazioni. Purtroppo sono zone dove non si può pianificare tutto con Internet.

Accoglienza cordiale e qualificata, buona cucina, posizione utile per scoprire natura, storia e cultura del territorio italo-sloveno .
