This hotel provided clean rooms with surprisingly contemorary bathrooms as well as a very nice breakfast. The staff was helpful regarding info about Venice. The rooms were a bit smaller than anticipated but all other aspects of the hotel, price, location and cleanliness made it a very appealing place to stay in Venice. |

The location was fantastic. Also, one of the front-desk employees was fantastic. I don't remember his name, but he is from Africa and he was extremely friendly! The rooms were clean and the bathroom was huge! |

Perfect Location. Staff friendly. Quiet place. Breakfast is bare minimum with package food. Many dead bug bodies on ceiling and walls. Carpets tear off. Bed spread needs to be changed. The extra blanket in the closet was dirty. |

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It wasn't perfect, as in a 5 star hotel, but it was perfect for the rate and the location is excellent but you need to know how to get there by vaporetto in advance. |

Good location. Shower is handheld with no curtain or door, just a tub. Two small twin beds pushed together. |

Everything was good for me. Just wanted a clean and comfortable place, but this place was better than that. The room was a bit narrow, but the bathroom was large. The bed was a little narrower than the cot, and I hit my feet against the cot's leg severaal times. |

The location was excellent! It was extremely convenient and the rooms were neat and clean! The breakfast was very small.. It was barely a breakfast, and I thought the rooms were small for the price I was paying (150 E a night) |

The location is excellent. It has 24 hour reception and the room is quite clean. The room is too small. It virtually dosn't have sound insulation. You can hear other rooms flushing toilets and talk from rooms from another hotel which is separated by a narrow lane. |

Very close to everything you need. Breakfast was good, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and there was a towel heater in the bathroom. |

sehr freundliche mitarbeiter, die gerne helfen, für alles eine lösung zu finden. sehr schöne zentrale lage, dafür ausgesprochen ruhig. alles ist etwas eng, aber wir wollten ja venedig sehen und nicht im hotel herumsitzen. |

Su ubicacion es muy buena y la atención del personal de recepción es fantastica. La habitacion era muy pequeña y el baño todavia más. Para ducharse era muy incomodo. La puerta de la habitacion no cerraba bien. |

Hotel tres bien situé, au calme d'une petite place bien cachée mais tout proche de la place Saint Marc et de la Fenice. Les réceptionistes donnent avec beaucoup d'amabilité et en français les informations nécessaires. |

Bijzonder vriendelijke staff. Airco was perfect douche was niet erg onderhouden in de zin van dat douchekop alle kanten opspoot ... ook langs achteren ;-) Ontijt was erg karig. |

Camere non grandissime,ma pulitissime,struttura nuova come in foto, personale ottimo,disponibile e gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ( poco meno di 100 euro la doppia a notte) per un hotel centralissimo a davvero due passi da piazza San Marco e ancora più vicino al famoso Harry's Bar con relativa fermata del traghetto. Si trova in una zona piena di negozi di moda importanti e ben frequentata. Colazione giusta per un tre stelle (yogurt vari gusti,cornetto,latte,caffè,tisane,panini,philadelphia,formaggio,fette biscottate,biscotti vari ,cereali,burro,marmellata vari gusti,miele,nutella,plumcake,crostatina,creackers,succhi di frutta). Prenotate senza esitare se volete visitare la città è un ottimo posto. Piccoli appunti,ma niente che abbia creato malcontento nella scelta di questo hotel. Nella hall e nell'ascensore c'è un odore un pò forte e i pianerottoli non hanno l'aria condizionata. Il giorno della partenza non ci hanno svegliato con la sveglia telefonica come richiesto,ma in compenso sono stati tolleranti sull'orario di rilascio della stanza,tutti gli altri giorni invece ci hanno svegliato puntuali. Nel frigo bar le bottigliette dell'acqua erano già state chiaramente aperte e riempite di acqua di rubinetto dai precedenti occupanti della stanza... forse le cameriere non se ne sono accorte. Non è poi facilissimo da trovare perchè è in una piccola traversa e non ci sono insegne,ma nessun hotel a Venezia le ha. |
