Easy to find from train station
Very cold room, noise at night
location is good, 2 min far from train station and but transfer to airport Ciampino
the stuff was not friendly and there is no reception to ask for what you may need during the stay. We had shared bathroom and there was no toilet paper or soap. Our breakfast was 2 packed croissant and 2 bottles of water but we were 3 adults, in addition coffee machine in the room was not working.
Big room, comfortable beds
Location was not as close to the airport as I thought, since we still needed to take a taxi early morning.
Wi-fi Quiet Air conditioning
Location was actually not "behind the airport" as I was told but 5 min. Bus ride from Ciampino.
The staff were friendly tho didn't speak English and there was a good airport shuttle bus just round the corner.
This was a terrible place to find as it was just a residential block with no signs. There was a huge fence and no reception area and we couldn't work out how to get in. Finally by sheer fluke found a intercom system and rung the bell. Not a place to take children due to the running round trying to find a way in, lugging big bags all the way.
Excellent location and value for money
Breakfast was very basicbut acceptable given the price
Staff can't speak English well but friendly and nice there are free snacks and juice, and also a coffee machine
near the station but far from airport (I arrived around 11:30pm at the airport and tried to walk because taking a taxi was so expensive. I found it impossible to walk to the hostel)
Smell of the room .towels tidy but everything is old and needs refurbished.bed noisy.im even was scared to touch something.we chose as for one night because we had late flight to campino airport.biggest mistake.no busses at night taxi wants to charge 25euros per person to drive 5km so we walked but there are no pavement to walk you have to walk on the road.we could find hotel at 1pm at night is difficult to find.lucky we met italian couple who rang to hotel to ask for directions as they do not speak english!and they werent happy what we were late but I did notified them.actualy we were scared then we been taken to somones flat doesnt look like its a hotel is even worst that hostel.women and man just took money and we even not seen them in the morning.and we paid 55euros you could get 3star hotel for that price my suggestion avoid.
The staff were prompt and friendly and they were very helpful. Very good location near the train station. For the price of €30 it was what it was - cheap, cheerful and budget what you would expect. I stayed for one night during a transfer from Ciampino airport. The hotel is in fact in an apartment block so when you see the sign on the gate you need to go to the apartment block and press the correct intercom button - I was let in immediately so this was good as I hadn't given them an arrival time. Shuttle bus from airport then from Ciampino station every 40 mins €1.20 each way.
The shared shower was not very good and didn't look as clean as it should as the toilet was not really far from the shower so it was not so good hence I didn't use the shower for this one night stay. The single room was very basic. For a cheap overnight stay it was adequate for me as a single business traveller.
it is very cold in the evening,I got a terrible cold,so did my friend
please add more quilt,it is very cold in the evening ,I got a terrible cold
Albergo Anna is very conveniently located for travelling to Chiampino airport. Laga Albano a very picturesque place is only 25 min away by train. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean place, clean beds. Good enough for short stay on the way to airport, if you ready to put up with nice but basic accommodation.
The soundproof is insufficient, we could here the other guests moving at night. The kettle was given on our request along with wee plastic cups instead of proper mugs or cups. The staff did not speak English and we experienced difficulty in communication- but managed to overcome it, they tried their best to help.
Close to airport.
Personal do not speak another language except Italian, difficult communication.
Location, near to ciampino bus stop, could board bus to ciampino airport easily. Near to good pizzarias, Simple breakfast is prepared in room for early journey.
Staff does not speak english, Towels were filthy, Room is full with smoking smell, Bathroom was shabby, window couldnt be close, freezing during winter. No clear signage from Ciampino Train Station
Breakfasts was very small (2 small croissants, 2 small jams and 2 small slices dry bread and one coffee for one person and plastic spoons and 4 plastic cups ) there was no plates. The next day owner took ours showergel and threw to bin. We can't clean the body!!!! In Bathroom we can't find a soap. Only towels. When we were to HOSTEL owner was take a money and disappear.Ovner almost didn't know english. thats all!
Very easy to get to the airport from the train station in the morning via the shuttle bus. About 15 minutes to Rome Termini via the regional train. 3 minute walk from train station to hotel. Nothing special or fancy, but a nice stay for going to or from the airport.
Staff were in a hurry to check us in and we never saw them again to answer our questions.
