Hotel Annunziata  

Location is the best: right in front of the castle. Rooms are super modern and well decorated.Toilet was the best: split into two parts, one for the shower, the other one for the rest; colorful and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of sausages and cheeses from the region.

We booked a Superior Double room and the size of it was not enough, especially given the price. The worst was the view from our window: it was right at the level of a roof. It was also quite noisy during the day, when we tried to take a nap. The night was fine.

I chose this hotel because of the rave reviews about the breakfast and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The breakfast was fabulous and one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had (and I have had many!). The hotel is located right by the Palazzo Ducale and the Cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants are only a few steps away in a lovely pedestrianised area. It was wonderful to be able to continually be able to pop back to the hotel during our shopping trips and sightseeing.

The only draw backs were a fairly small room which in January was far too hot. We did not sleep well on the first night (Saturday) as it was very noisy outside (Music: we were at the back of the hotel) so we kept the window shut and were far too hot. We slept much better on Sunday night as we had turned the heating off for the whole day and night and it was much quieter with the window open. The noise I suppose is inevitable on a Saturday night in such a central location. It is also very difficult to find your way to the hotel by car as it is in a restricted traffic area, but we managed it eventually. However, I would most definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast and location were worth the other small drawbacks.

Great hotel ... had excellent 2 nights there with a well designed room overlooking the castle ... staff were extremely helpful ... great breakfast ....

Fantastic design and extremely clean. We stayed in a suite with fabulous views of the castle. The provision of a free ipad was a great boon and the minibar was excellent value for money.

Everything - it is friendly, comfortable and in a perfect position. Also it is very stylish as it was renovated this year. This was our third visit and everytime it has got better.

My wife and I spent our vacatin in Tuscany in four hotels (booked through booking.com) in Verona, Padua, Venice, and Ferrara. Each of the hotels was excellent, but the Hotel Annunziata was the best. It was newly renovated, modern but tasteful, and the staff was excellent. It was just 50 yards from the castle in the centre of the city, and provided free bicycles by which we were able to circumnavigate the city walls. The daily breakfast was very broad in scope and would fill anyone's needs. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else.

A wonderful position, friendly staff and great ambience with beautiful rooms and bathrooms.

Brilliant - Almost certainly the best of several hotels in which we stayed during a ten trip to the Veneto and Regio Emilia. The perfect location, wonderful rooms, friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast buffet You cannot ask for any more than this - I almost forgot outstanding value!

стильный,современный отель. месторасположение отличное. лучшие завтраки за 5 поездок по италии. все понравилось,кроме вида из окна, к сожалению, но это не принципиально.

вид из окна был не очень удачный на стену соседнего здания, но это не испортило впечатление об отеле.

Gewoon boeken als je van top service, luxe en design houdt. Uiteraard is de ligging van het hotel ook een grote pre.

Posizione centralissima, parcheggio pubblico (3€/giorno) trovato a 5 min dall'hotel (su loro indicazione, ti lasciano anche una piantina su dove è possibile parcheggiare). Si ha comunque la possibilità di arrivare in macchina fino all'hotel per scaricare/caricare la macchina. Colazione abbondante, camera molto pulita, letto matrimoniale enorme (anche troppo), bagno nuovo con doccia comodissima

Avevo ahimè la vista interna (camera 207) e mi aspettavo la camera leggermente più grande, essendo una junior suite
