Wonderful location, in a quiet, traffic-free square overlooking an ancient castle and moat. Free bicycle rental, in one of the best bike cities on earth. Great staff, excellent breakfast. |

This hotel is in a great location just across from the castle, but it's also easy to dry to. Don't hesitate to drive straight to the hotel to drop off your bags and get directions to parking. |

We liked everything about the hotel. We had a large nicely furnished room. It was quiet and air-conditioned. The room was looked after well by the staff. The breakfast was superb, American with eggs, sausage, smoked salmon etc etc Fantastic location, just opposite castle, great staff |

The breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy! Fantastic! Beautiful view of the castle from our suite. Great location, helpful staff. Bathroom was small, with only a shower cabin. We expected it to be slightly bigger and with a bath. |

it is located within walking distance of the castle and the music hall, right in the city centre. The breakfast buffet is very generous. There is free internet access from an i-mac in the lobby. |

Brilliant position in the centre of Ferrara. Very clean and with all amenities, staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent Our room was near the lift and there was noise from about 4 a.m. |

Staff was great especially the desk man Massimo who solved a problem and gave us his undivided attention.The rooms are small but clean, lack of bathroom accessories and very poor towels for the class of this hotel.Breakfast was poor in comparison to others we stayed at. Again if not for Massimo we would have checked out. |
