heatin was good
nao passe nem perto!!! u dont want to stay there, believe me! abunai!
The staff: the owners' kindness shoud be remarked. And the position, very close to city centre.
Too noisy. If the position is good to reach the city centre, on the other hand it's too close to a very trafficated street, and there is no noise insulation. Breakfast must be improved.
-they have not invested in the room furniture for the last 15 years - not able to have a good night sleap bc of the old windows, that closed not properly
Nice people. Good price for value. They even sent my home for free the pyjamas that I left there.
The albergo was very convenient to the main squares, very clean and airy. Paola and Mamma called Gubbio when there was bus question, twice, to make sure we were o.k. Helped with luggage, very, very friendly people. Will stay here again. Belle.
There is no free parking nearby, regardless of the listing - unless you want to spend the day driving round waiting for someone to leave a space. The hotel matron was hardly helpful and suggest I leave it in the car park - so you'd do better to get a more expensive hotel, with good facilities, and save money.
Small breakfast, coffee, juice, water and some sweet croissants
I've been to this hotel before, and Gina and her daughter Paola always make me feel like part of the family. The location is very quiet at night, there's plenty of hot water in the shower, and the WiFi worked well.
Nothing really. Everything was great.
old rooms,no wifi, staff WHO didnot speak english and feeling proud of it
Our stay in wonderful Perugia was fantastic! The location of the hotel is great - five minutes from the main square and with amazing views on the surrounding hills from our window. The room is big and clean. But the soul of this place is the wonderful signora who is running the hotel! She is so nice, so helpful and so italian! Thank you so much for everything!
The rooms near reception can definitely get quite noisy - so if possible ask for the room further in the corridor.
No parking available (though in the web page it was written that it had). We had to pay 17 extra euros per night for parking, which was located 600 mts steep hill (meaning we had to climb to reach the hotel on our way back to it). The owner doesn't speak, she yells.
Everything was excellent. Nice place where you can feel like at home.
One of the cheapest hotels available, very clean and close to the city centre. Friendly staff, a very rare thing in Italy.
The hotel is more like a hostel, with a tiny bathroom and old furniture. Do not get a room next to the reception, the lady that seems to be doing all the things around the place is quite loud and she will talk on the phone and greet everyone entering the place loudly.:)
I had a big spacious room, with a beautiful view of Perugia from the window. There was ample hot water in the shower, and the room was well-heated (I went in February). The Wi-Fi signal was always strong and usually fast (it slowed down from time to time, probably because when other guests were using it at the same time). This is a family-run hotel and for me, the family were the highlight of my stay. Signora Gina and her daughter Paola made me feel like part of the family. Excellent value for a two-star hotel.
I have absolutely no complaints, though I'd recommend putting in a special request in advance for a room far from the reception desk (there's one right next to it!), as it can get pretty noisy and chaotic there.
