A great room with Lake view. The evening meal was super!! This is my second visit here within a 2 month period!!

Friendly, comfortable, great food, quiet location.

It is located in a calm area with a nice view on the lake.

The restaurant was excellent and the staff were fantastic as it is a family run hotel.

Book restaraunt in advance.

I Found the Staff very polite and extremely helpful. The evening meal at their restaurant was super! An item accidentally left behind was sent by post! Would stay again ... easy decision!

Classy but friendly hotel with helpful staff. The rooms were a good size with very good en suite facilities and the air conditioner worked very efficiently. The cuisine was excellent and, for this expensive area of Italy, resonably priced. Views were outstanding.

Ranco contained little of use to a business traveller; only one other restaurant found and that was ok but basic.

We had only booked for one night and after arriving, decided we wanted to stay and additional night. They allowed us to keep our same room and extended our stay, even though they were fully booked. Great staff and the restaurant was fabulous.

Not a thing--would live there if we could !!!

Nice location and views nice building / rooms nice terrace very good breakfast portfolio (loved the fresh fruits) friendly staff, esp. Holding true for the room cleaning service people, and helpful host (enabling me to watch the champions league final)

The location was perfect for my business needs, the view of the lake from my room was amazing. The WiFi was good, fast enough for my needs and free with the room. Several members of the family that runs the place spoke very good English which was very helpful.

The restaurant at the hotel was way too expensive. While the location was good for my business needs, it was terrible for anything else. There is really nothing within walking distance. No inexpensive restaurants, bars, or shops.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr zugesagt und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage, am Ufer des Lago Maggiore, mit Sicht auf selbigen ist toll. Das Essen im Restaurant ist spitze und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend. Allein wegen der Küche lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel hat eine schnucklige Größe. Die Zimmer sind dem Flair entsprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist nicht umwerfend gross, jedoch im Detail sehr hochwertig. Das angeschlossene Gourmet Restaurant ist eine "Beruhigung" in dieser ansonsten etwas trostlos wirkenden Gegend. Hier kann man es auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut aushalten

Das täglich vorab aufgeschnittene Brot war teilweise schon sehr hart und trocken und passte nicht zu dem ansonsten hervorragenden Frühstück.

Le côté familial, la qualité de confort des chambres et salle de bains,la déco de bon goût, le lac majeur côté un peu hors du temps. Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner excellent. à noter le restaurant qui offre une belle carte, avec des mets délicieux. Un seul mot bravo

Zeer vriendelijke en beleefde mensen. Propere kamers. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående tex skjutsade ägaren oss till en lokal pizzeria en regnig eftermiddag. Utsikten över sjön var väldigt vacker.

Tyvärr motsvarade inte hotellrummet den bilden som gavs.

L' accueil mais nous n'avons été que de passage et avons juste testé le restaurant familiale. Cadre un peu vieillot mais nourriture très correcte.

Atmosfera familiare, posizione molto bella, camera spaziosa e confortevole, ristorante che già da solo merita il viaggio.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und sehr lecker. Der Ort war sehr ruhig - aber man kann sehr gut zu Fuß in den nächst größeren Ort am Seeufer entlang spazieren. Direkt am Seeufer ist eine tolle kleine Wein-Bar (Il Molo), mit leckeren kleinen Speisen und tollem Wein, die wir sehr empfehlen können ;-)

prix des repas un peu élevé, mais c'est le problème en Italie avec un prix pour les couverts, il vaut mieux payer les repas au fur et à mesure que les faire mettre sur la facture finale si on reste plusieurs jours

- Disponibilità ad ampliare l’orario della colazione (anche se si arrivava all’ultimo!!) - tempi abbastanza celeri a rispondere al problema che non andava l’idromassaggio (poi risolto)

- Personale non adeguatamente informato della prenotazione tramite Booking (internet gratis, stanza sbagliata)

La vue sur lac Majeur est magnifique depuis la terrasse du restaurant et la plupart des chambres. L'accueil est attentionné et compétent. Les chambres sont très agréables. Quant à la qualité de la restauration elle est au meilleur niveau.
