Friendly staffs and very helpful, love the kitchenette! Supermarket and the nice indoor market were 2-3 mins walking distance!

Very nice room (number 7) tucked at the back & window opened onto a quiet parking area. Great location as we were only 10 minutes away from the main square & easy to get around - plus 2 great retaurants (Trattoria Enzo & Piero and Neroni Pizzeria) nearby & an amazing church only 30 odd metres away (church only open Sat mornings). Our host was great & really helpful - being a dorm (private rooms & not a hotel) try to advise your arrival time in advance.

Nothing really - it is a 15th century odd building so can hear various plumbing noises. Really happy with our stay & would recommend it for sure.

Roberto the owner of the accomodation made our stay extremely comfortable and was very welcoming. The accomodation was fantastic, clean, and central to all the wonderful sights of Florence. Rooms are spacious, with good showers. Some great restaurants and bars within metres. Florence is a very easy city to walk around so no need to really use public transport.

Having an elevator would be good, as we had our elderly mother with us, who had injured her back.

Very good location (near train station and main sightseeings), quiet and comfortable place, hotel provides a kitchenette with all you may need to cook (however we did not use it)

Owner was so friendly and greeted us right upon the arrival time that had been discussed through email. Offered suggestions for visiting in the city and the best gelato. Great location near train station and on street with plenty of restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. Our room was bright and airy and we had a great stay. Will definitely return!

Amazing stay. We had a wonderful day. Although breakfast is not available as this is like an apartment with shared kitchen, there is a cheap cafe at the corner of the street for breakfast. Alberto is such a nice guy. And when we left the hotel, we left behind our daughter's fav blanket. Alberto help us packed and mailed it back to our home. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back

It is not in the main road. Have to go across the main road and turn to a small road to find it. There is no elevator and have to take the luggage by stairs. Room and bathroom are absolutely separate. When you want to use the bathroom you have to go to another side and open the bathroom with a key. And the hot water for shower is not enough even for one person. When I took a shower suddenly no hot water. I had to wait for another at least half an hour waiting for the hot water. You know shampoo was sitll in my hair. Really horrible stay in this hotel. It is not a hotel just guesthouse.it is really inconvenient during the stay. It is better to chose the hotels in the main road with the same price. I don't recommend this hotel to travellers.

Cute, chic hotel in a great location! Five minute walk to the train station and close to all the main attractions. Communal kitchen which was well equipped and spotless! The free wifi was great, plus there was a computer to use for free too!! Roberto who runs Albergo Bencidormi was so approachable, helpful and friendly!! He was always more than happy to answer our questions and have a chat. Thanks Roberto!! Would highly recommend!

Great location and everything was spotless and thoughtfully organized. Decorations were wonderful as well, and the room was very quiet.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. She complained to me about other guests and when I asked for instructions to take a bus to the airport she told me she had no idea and to try just going to the train station.

The most supportive and friendly staff I've ever seen. Perfect location. Excellent Wi-Fi connection in the building. Very useful hostel-like kitchen and fridge in the hall.

Maybe the heating could be a bit better, but that's fine.

The location of this hotel makes it easy to enjoy the city and also very easy to visit other cities within the province by bus or train. The hospitality of Roberto,Paola and Debbie is special and is part of the reason why we will return to Albergo Bencidormi.

The owner is super friendly and helpful, the lady who stays there Debbie is also very helpful. The location is excellent and very conveniently located close to eateries, train station and places of tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend this place.

Roberto is very kind and helpful. There is free wi-fi, computer station, free espresso and tea, fresh towels and bedclothes. Nice, clean rooms. I would highly recommend! :)
