Very friendly and helpful hotel staff; one feels at home in the hotel.We even had a nice terrace with chairs and a table. |

Mantova is a nice small city. The hotel staff, the room (old fashioned, moldy, thin walls), the area (near the stazione = railway station, not a nice area to walk through in the night), the breakfast (italian type of, which is ok in Italy, but this was one of the poorest among 10 hotels I stayed)... |

The reception staff were very helpfull and the room was very clean. If somewhat spartan Yes. They charged more for the room than was confirmed at time of booking. Breakfast was almost non existant on the last day !!!!!!!!!. |

La cordialità dei titolari e dello staff, tranquillissime le camere che danno sul grazioso giardinetto interno. Comodissima la linea dibus che portano verso le principali attrazioni turistiche (fa fermata davanti all'albergo). |
