Bon rapport qualité prix, la situation près de la gare n'est pas très intéressante pour une ville d'art comme Mantoue, mais a l'avantage d'être pratique pour les voyageurs; l'hôtel est juste en face de la gare. |

La situation de l'hôtel près du centre ville, l'accueil agréable. Les chambres étaient tranquilles et calmes bien que l'hôtel soit situé face à la gare. Le fait de devoir payer 12 euros de parking en sachant qu'il est très difficile de se stationner à Mantoue. |

Siuation interessante : en face de la gare et à distance raisonnable (trajet à pied) des principales attractions de la ville. Chambre confortable et extremement calme, notamment celle ou nous logions qui donnait sur le jardin et disposait d'un agréable balcon. Le petit dejeuner est très très limite (absolument pas en rapport avec le classement 3* de l'hotel) : choix très limité, nécessité de réclamer plusieurs fois du café, ... |

L'acceuil a été parfait mais aussi la chambre était comme celle présentée sur internet un grand calme et un parking pour la voiture Super l'endroit un peu quelconque mais cela valait le déplassement |

It's Italy, so the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is, however, somewhat dated in a 1970's way and in need of modernisation, particularly the bathroom. It was, we reckon, about 15 euros per night overpriced. |

Good 'honest' station hotel in a pleasant area of the town. The nearby recommended restaurant was excellent value for money. Nice inclusive breakfast. |

Location near the station was excellent and rooms on the inside were very quiet. Breakfast was pretty good for an Italian 3 star hotel. Good bathrooms. For our purposes, a couple of days' sightseeing at the end of a holiday in the Dolomites it could not have been better. The advice on the town and where to eat from the hotel staff was also very good. We were directed to an excellent local restaurant which we would not have picked out on our own, and it was decidedly cheap. The only concern was that the air conditioning could have been mkore efficient when we arrived on a hot evening. |

Check-in staff were expecting us and had our details. Provided us with maps and info. Staff were helpful. Position was handy for a quick visit to Mantua and sight within walking distance. Parking was secure and available at a small cost. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location mid-between the two major attractions of Mantua: Palazzo Te and the medieval-renaissance city centre itself. It is also quite practical that the hotel is across the street from the railway station even if this location also makes it less romantic than it could have been (in the oldest part of town). During very hot and humid days, AC is a bit under-dimensioned |

Very friendly staff, spoke good English and very helpful. Adequate, good value breakfast. Air conditioning did not work - fan only blowing warm air. Only realised this in middle of night. |
