Onze kamers waren mooi gelegen in het oude gebouw naast de binnentuin en ruim; goed ontbijt voor Italia; goed in de stad gelegen; prettig en veilig parkeerterrein; internet raadplegen beschikbaar. Alles zonder extra kosten. Plezierig personeel. geheel onvermijdelijk overigens hier en daar wat gedateerd; vandaar zouden de totaal kosten ietsje lager horen te zijn. En dan nog muggen tja. |

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. We kregen een kamer aan de achterkant, met uitzicht op een leuke binnentuin. De achterkant is aan te bevelen; aan de straatkant is er veel verkeer. Helaas zijn de kamers zeer gehorig zodat je stemmen van belendende kamers hoort evenals doorspoelen van de wc, etc.De douchecel was zeer klein. Het ontbijt was beperkt. |

It's Italy, so the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is, however, somewhat dated in a 1970's way and in need of modernisation, particularly the bathroom. It was, we reckon, about 15 euros per night overpriced. |

Good 'honest' station hotel in a pleasant area of the town. The nearby recommended restaurant was excellent value for money. Nice inclusive breakfast. |

Location near the station was excellent and rooms on the inside were very quiet. Breakfast was pretty good for an Italian 3 star hotel. Good bathrooms. For our purposes, a couple of days' sightseeing at the end of a holiday in the Dolomites it could not have been better. The advice on the town and where to eat from the hotel staff was also very good. We were directed to an excellent local restaurant which we would not have picked out on our own, and it was decidedly cheap. The only concern was that the air conditioning could have been mkore efficient when we arrived on a hot evening. |

Check-in staff were expecting us and had our details. Provided us with maps and info. Staff were helpful. Position was handy for a quick visit to Mantua and sight within walking distance. Parking was secure and available at a small cost. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location mid-between the two major attractions of Mantua: Palazzo Te and the medieval-renaissance city centre itself. It is also quite practical that the hotel is across the street from the railway station even if this location also makes it less romantic than it could have been (in the oldest part of town). During very hot and humid days, AC is a bit under-dimensioned |

Very friendly staff, spoke good English and very helpful. Adequate, good value breakfast. Air conditioning did not work - fan only blowing warm air. Only realised this in middle of night. |
