Overlooking the picturesque Massaciuccoli Lake, Albergo Butterfly is set in a tranquil pedestrian area. It features a panoramic sun terrace, free parking, and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Each air-conditioned room at has a TV, a telephone, and a safe. All the units include a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Some of them offer views over the lake. A sweet breakfast is served every morning at the Butterfly. The staff was more than accomadateing. If you are eve close to this hotel. Stay here. Close to Pisa and luca.

La posizione proprio sul lago. L'estrema disorganizzazione: a colazione il servizio lasciava molto a desiderare e la scelta del cibo era decisamente scarsa. Professionalità da rivedere: sabato all'arrivo non trovavamo l'albergo, abbiamo telefonato e non ci ha risposto nessuno! Domenica siamo rientrati alle 14:30 da un giro nei dintorni e la nostra stanza non era stata ancora rassettata.

LA stanza era pulitissima, vista lago, colazione varia e abbondante. Un po' freddo, il riscaldamento andava solo quando eri in stanza, perciò rientrando a sera tardi si sentiva un po' fresco, ma quando abbiamo chiesto una coperta in più ce l'hanno data subito.

L'ottima posizione, la tranquillità e la prima colazione. Credo che sia una carenza che ho riscontrato in quasi tutta la zona, da Pistoia a Pisa passando per Lucca, una poco propensione al turismo e quindi poca informazione verso il turista che si trova attorniato da meraviglie da visitare ma che non viene sufficientemente stimolato. Farei anche un appello ai vari comuni rivieraschi della Toscana ma anche alle varie Provincie, maggiore pulizia delle strade e più ordine!

L'albergo è molto semplice, arredato vecchio stile con mobili semplici ma estremamente pulito. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. La posizione sul lago è davvero suggestiva e comoda per chi decide di passare qualche giorno al mare, senza spendere un capitale poichè dista circa 10 minuti da Viareggio. L'unica pecca è che è previsto solo il servizio per la colazione e non per pranzo e cena quindi si è costretti a mangiare nei ristoranti li vicino.

La location è molto bella, l'albergo a conduzione familiare e gestito da persone molto cortesi,andrebbe però ristrutturato almeno nelle infrastrutture tecniche (vedi TV anni 80 da 10" appesa al muro) e nelle dotazioni del bagno (mensole e ganci), colazione appena sufficiente, per il resto tutto OK.

AB ligt op een prachtige locatie, is keurig, netjes en schoon en de prijzen van de (verkoop)producten (water e.d.) zijn zeer redelijk. Het hotel wordt gerund door een familie. Vader, moeder en dochter. Wij vonden hen bijzonder onvriendelijk. Ze spraken werkelijk geen woord Engels, waren niet vriendelijk als je ze in het Engels aansprak en deden geen enkele moeite zich verstaanbaar te maken. Tijdens de bediening kon er geen lachje af en ook als we terugkwamen in het hotel begroetten ze ons niet, terwijl ze altijd beneden waren. Zelfs 's-morgens was een 'goedemorgen' teveel. Ontzettend jammer.

Hervorragende Lage am Lago; berstens geeignet für Festspielteilnahme Ausserordentlich unfreundlicher Empfang und Behandlung durch die Eigentümerin. Obwohl Terrasse mit Tischen vorhanden, war es nicht erlaubt, dort das Frühstück einzunehmen.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione tranquilla, ai margini del lago di Massaciuccoli; perfetto per il silenzio e la tranquillità. Nello stesso tempo è vicino ai posti più rumorosi e di tendenza, visto che la spiaggia e I relativi localini sono a circa 4Km di distanza.
