The Albergo Cappello is ideally located to see the wonders of Ravenna. The staff are universally hospitable, friendly and helpful. There were so many little touches to make one feel comfortable, at home, and completely at ease. This is a small hotel, but they provide excellent accommodation and service with grace, gentility, and certainly seem to like what they are doing and the opportunity to help their guests.

Proprio nel centro di Ravenna è un'antica locanda con uso cucina completamente ristrutturata con I migliori criteri moderni. Abbiamo riservato una camera grande con salotto ben arredata e confortevole ed abbiamo fatto colazione proprio nel soggiorno di fronte alla porta. Scendendo si trova, accanto ad una favolosa hall, da un lato il bar e dall'altro il ristorante. Uscendo si ha di fronte il mercato ed a quattro passi la piazza e le vie principali. Ideale per visitare a piedi la città e tutti I suoi monumenti.

De Albergo is gehuisvest in een historisch pand en met veel smaak en verzorgd ingericht Het zit onder één dak met een restaurant (wel reserveren voor 's avonds), dus als je niet wil, hoef je de deur niet uit. Prima keuken. De ligging is uniek. Winkels alom en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand plus op drie minuten lopen een parkeergarage. Een aanrader als je Ravenna wilt bezoeken.

The location is good. The rooms are of good size, particularly the bathroom. The restaurant is well considered. Overall finish and maintenance is good. The room seemd quite noisy because of street noise (hard to keep out without firmly shutting the windows, which may not be a good idea in summer because of the poor air-conditioning) and, worse, noise and conversations from adjacent rooms. The room furnishing were adequate, but not particularly welcoming. The sense is of a hotel that could be much more comfortable if the management went that little bit extra.

L edificio storico è di grande fascino,le camere sono ampie e confortevoli,la posizione ideale per la visita della città.Piacevole atmosfera da chambe d hote più che da albergo. L hotel non è presidiato da personale in loco dopo le 21 di sera
