While it is across the street from the train station, the trains are virtually silent. We really enjoyed having a balcony. The hotel accepted pets and was very clean. The croissants were delicious. Breakfast could have consisted of more food and items. However, it did have bread, croissants, jelly, juice, and some meat. Specifically, only had one cheese and only had out one slice per person. |

The room and bath were very clean and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was very good, and the breakfast buffet was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a busy city corner, but noise wasn't an issue. There is a small elevator for reaching upper floors. You must walk through the restaurant to get to the hotel stairs. |

Manager/owner is extremely kind and really makes you feel welcome. it's more like a bunch of rooms above a restaurant than a proper hotel. Having said so, if you are looking for a place for a night this would be fine. Location is not ideal if you are visiting Merano. |

The service and hospitality was excelent. Sig. Isodoro, the owener, was most helpful and advised me whre to visit. One other point was that I ate at the restaurant. The food was excellent and I would advise all visiting merano to eat at the cavalino. |

We had an end unit and it was quite spacious for european standards. Staff was helpful with inforamtion about area, directions etc as well as providing good service. Nice breakfast as well. It was quite hot when we were there and lack of air conditioning or even a fan made it quite uncomfortable until later in the evening when it cooled down with door and windows open. Location on busy corner was was not ideal but it also provided easy access to main roads in and out of town. |

Per un breve soggiorno va molto bene. E economico e comodo per chi viene con la machina. Non consigliato a chi vuole visitare la città a piedi, visto la lontananza. Il rumore che viene dalla strada e dalla pizzeria dell'Albergo, veramente fastidioso. Noi eravamo al primo piano e Sentivamo proprio tutti i rumori, fino all'una, le persone che uscivano dal ristorante rimanevano a parlare sotto la nostra finestra. Il materasso della nostra stanza era terribile. La prima collazione era scadente. |

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist super lecker. Das Frühstückbuffet hätte ein bisschen reichhaltiger sein dürfen. |

La cortesia di tutto il personale,che correva da un lato all'altro per offrire un servizio rapido.La colazione ricca.La perfetta insonorizzazione rispetto all'esterno rumoroso in quanto vicino a ippodromo e stazione Magari un frigo bar avrebbe potuto essere utile.E un pulsante vicino alla porta di ingresso per evitare di scocciare qualcuno ogni volta che si usciva.Non tutti gradiscono passare dalla porta di servizio di cui si ha anche la chiave, perchè si sbuca in una viuzza chiusa |
