Our hotel is located in front of the Renaissance city walls, the principal Lucchese monument, and is the perfect departure point for discovering the ancient city.

Explore the city on foot or with comfort and style using our bicycle rental. After a day of sight-seeing, relax in our 24-hour bar, open for your free time to do as you wish.

Our hotel has the facilities for small conferences and meetings. We have a multi-function room that is equipped with the appropriate technology. On request we can organise coffee breaks and working lunches or dinners in the dining room, or on our sunny terrace. It is also a place for sunbathing, having a cocktail in the open air or pleasantly passing the time after dinner.

We offer a privileged position, refurbished and comfortable rooms, a roof garden with a view of Lucca's celebrated walls and a fresh and friendly atmosphere.

close to the centre of the city, comfortable bed, helpfull hotel staff

breakfast everyday almost the same, hotel looks more like 3 star then 4 star, rooms need refurbishment

nice bathroom

Slightly too pricy, breakfast could have been a bit better for that price, hotel staff was not able to adjust the bikes that the hotel offered for rent to the height of the user

convenient to the lucca wall

i found the bedroom we had very dull and miserable. the view from the window overlooked roof tops so the room should be made lighter to compensate for not much light coming through the window

Location.Staff were helpful, friendly,and very efficient.Excellent breakfast buffet.Room was very clean and fully serviced daily.

Minor problems with the air-conditioning unit; which were effectively resolved by the hotel staff.

we booked early call on day of departure for all 3 rooms. we saw booking being written down but early calls made.we could have missed our flight.

It had a great breakfast in the morning. About a 10 minute walk from the station.

Some rooms smelled like smoke because the rooms have carpets.

The location and staff were great. The ability to hire bikes directly from the hotel was a very good service and good value. Very good experience.

Room and bathroom are of a high standard but small size.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The slippers and bathrobe were an unexpected bonus!

I felt the breakfast was a little limited for a 4 star hotel, but the food offered was fresh and well presented.
