The public rooms were stylish and comfortable and the single bedroom I booked first class. It was great to be able to have a bike to explore Lucca supplied by the hotel. That was an added bonus!

We just stayed there and cannot say enough good things about our experience. The hotel is located just outside the medieval walls and not too far from the train station. You could walk there if you decided to take the train. The staff was very friendly and helpful (Luca, Sonia and Francesco). They provide free bicycles which made our trip really fun and made getting around the city so easy. We booked a family room which was two joined rooms with a private shared hall and bath. This meant our children (ages 15 and 11) could be in their room watching mtv while we had a bit of quiet. Free parking, wifi and breakfast. We will recommend this hotel to everyone. All around lovely stay and a great value.

Very very friendly staff. An immaculate hotel, situated within sight of the old town wall and with easy access. A good restaurant attached, with a coffee bar for all ages adjacent. (Buy your drinks and nibbles come free!). Plenty of secure car parking space.

- Read on booking com that they can organize the shuttle for you. This is not true. They just can book a taxi at airport (not useful). - Not stated on booking.com that the spa is against payment (13 EUR/pers). But O.K. this is the money worth.

Friendly & helpful staff, immaculately clean and nicely appointed, easy to find by car & with a free car park, free & no fuss use of a bike to ride around Lucca, very good breakfast.

Lovely building just opposite the city walls of Lucca so a good base for sight seeing. Friendly and very helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
