Probably the poorest service we have ever received with us being asked to wait 30minutes to have a drink at 7pm because the entire staff was taking its break at the same time and nobody felt like taking care of customers before themselves. Staff rudeness continued when we were told to seat at a table for dinner in the back ofthe terrace despite asking for one at the front (near the TV as a few friends wanted to watch a football match on show that evening) and seeing one free in front that the staff refused to give us and refused to give any reason for refusing us to seat there (the table was not reserved). Will never return and would suggest people to avoid this hotel if they want to receive any basic service. Staff rudeness and amazing idea to all take their break at the same time. Shocking.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, was für ältere Personen Schwierigkeiten bereiten kann. Einige Personen des Personals könnten eine "Serviceschulung" vertragen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eingeschränkt

La ubicación, el restaurant y el bar del lobby. Lo mínimo de la habitación para tres personas, es decir, era una habitación para 2 y simplemente añadieron una cama individual y a eso le llamaron cuatro triple.

Il personale è molto cortese, il parcheggio privato ed il WiFi sono gratuiti. La stanza era ben riscaldata. Cernobbio è un bel posto e I dintorni sul lago sono ancora più belli. Il cortile, da cui si accede alla dependance dove abbiamo soggiornato, sembrava più il retro di un'officina che quello di un albergo, con vari materiali depositati (vecchi vasi in terracotta, bidoncini con bottiglie di plastica, ecc ...). Le terrazze della dependance hanno l'aspetto di una casa abbandonata con sacchi di lenzuola depositati li per tutti e due I giorni e vasi con piante rinsecchite. La colazione è poco varia, non è servita, ed I distributori di caffè e succhi erogano prodotti decisamente scadenti, con brioche vecchie. Venerdì 12 aprile c'è stata in albergo una festa con musica forte che è andata avanti fino alle 2 di notte.

Un joli et bon petit déjeuner. Une grande chambre familliale avec partie fermée pour les parents, s il le désire. Proche du lac. Penser à reserver pour le repas du soir si vous voulez manger sur place.

La cordialità e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff dell'Hotel. Altra cosa importante e che sono amanti degli animali da compagnia. Un saluto particolare al signor Beppe, direttore responsabile dell'Hotel e a tutte e tre le concierge. Grazie ancora per la piacevole vacanza. P.S.- comodo e gratis il loro garage

Letto comodo, ottima colazione, parcheggio privato gratuito Se la mattina si vuole tirar lungo a letto, portarsi i tappi per le orecchie, altrimenti il vicino campanile vi sveglierà ogni mezz'ora. Ma in fin dei conti è anche caratteristico....
