Excellent staff who spoke great english and were v helpful. They also kindly let me check out later free of charge. The restaurant was closed for the 1 night I stayed which was a disappointment since it was highly recommended by a friend. The room was a bit dirty and the double bed was 2 singles pushed together and was hard.

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. The bathroom was lovely. The room was finished to a high standard. The hotel staff were not really accomodating. A smile would have helped. When asking where breakfast would be I felt it was too much trouble to even give me an answer!

The staff at the desk and in the bar were charming, friendly and knowledgeable. Although we would have preferred a lake view, the location was very handy for the lake being just a few short minutes walk away

Really good restaurant on site, but remember to make a reservation otherwise you will wait for a table minimum 30'. Clean and nice hotel. We enjoy our stay.

Location at centre of Cernobbio, however, the square that it faces onto is now a parking lot. This feels like a family run hotel, but a disfunctional family. Some of the staff appear to have no interest in customers or the hotel. We had one of the weirdest room layouts that I have come across with twin beds in oppostite corners. Noise came through from neighbouring rooms as if the walls did not exist. I was refused a beer on the varanda at 6pm as the were setting up for dinner. The choice at breakfast was very limited: watered down orange juice, sugar dusted crossants and one form of roll, one form of meat, one form of cheese on one day - on the other day no cheese at all. However, my least favourite idiosyncray as a television set in the breakfast room, louding showing the shopping channel.

Non ci sarebbe nulla da dire,MA il venerdi sera e il sabato sera da noi soggiornato in hotel ,sembrava di essere in discoteca con una musica assordante fino alle 1 della notte,il rumore che veniva sicuramente dal ristorante era davvero insopportabile incredibile

Parking gratuit, petit déjeuner plus que correct (contrairement à certains, la télévision pendant le petit déjeuner ne me dérange pas !) L'hotel est très bien placé, à 2 mn du lac et le prix est correct Chambre un peu petite et couloirs un peu sombre.... Mais pas très important

La vicinanza a ... tutto e l'ottimo ristorante dell'albergo con personale veloce ed efficiente. La camera dove ho soggiornato (la 201) necessita di qualche ritocco. La maniglia d'ingresso al bagno è traballante. Il telefono/doccia ha il gancio in plastica per appenderlo che non rimane fissato bene e a volte è caduto. E poi non concepisco in Italia un bagno senza bidet. L'impianto dell'aria condizionata che era proprio sotto la mia finestra mi è sembrato un po'rumoroso.

Das gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Und das man abends nach einer langen Reise noch gut im hoteleigenen Retaurant essen gehen kann. Auch dort stimmt das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis.

Heel mooi gerenoveerde kamers, ten opzichte van ons vorige verblijf een hele verbetering. Reserveer zeker en vast een tafeltje in het restaurant beneden: de keuken is voortreffelijk, de bediening super sympathiek! Ook het ontbijt en de ontbijtzaal waren in de positieve zin veranderd! Lekker en naar Italiaanse normen héél uitgebreid ontbijt. Jammer dat de airco zo slecht werkte. Gezien we vlak boven het terras sliepen was het een moeilijk keuze: warm maar stil op de kamer, of frisse lucht maar lawaai van op het terras. Gelukkig was het rond middernacht terug helemaal rustig zodat we alsnog het raam hebben kunnen open zetten.

Le personnel sympathique et convivial - les chambres agréables, correctement équipées et propres - la terrasse ombragée - sa cuisine - la situation tout à fait correcte - son ambiance italienne Le bruit de la route à 25 m pourrait gêner des personnes souffrant d'insomnies, mais on peut dormir la fenêtre fermée, climatisation enclenchée...

Месторасположение отличное, в двух шагах от берега озера Комо. Отель имеет ресторан в котором можно вкусно и недорого поужинать. Очень маленький номер, не соответствует цене . Невкусные завтраки

Literie de qualité, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel aimable, chambre agréable, proximité de l'autoroute intéressante pour personnes en transit. La photo laisse penser que l'hôtel donne sur le lac, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Le lac est à 500m et caché par des bâtiments. Le parking n'est pas très grand. Nous avons été obligés d'y retourner car ma carte de crédit avait été débitée deux fois par erreur. Nous avons été néanmoins prévenus assez rapidement et le remboursement a été effectué sans problème.

De ligging in het dorp, vlakbij het meer van Como is prima. 's avonds fungeert het Hotel ook als Pizzeria. Erg druk met locale mensen en dat zegt genoeg over de keuken. LEngs een erg drukke straat.
