Everyone on the staff was very helpful and porvided good recomendations for dining and sightseeing. And Luigi was very kind about helping me with my basic Italian, as well as chatting about literature and music one evening when I wasn't feeling well and stayed in for the evening. One of the women on the staff helped me call my hotel in Rome to resolve an issue. Breakfast had enough variety - usually a couple flavors of yogurt, juices, cheese and ham slices, a pastry and toast - that even with my gluten intolerance diet, I always started the day with a good meal. The staff is wonderful, the room was simple (befitting the town of St Francis) and spotless, and the guest internet computer was available at all hours.

During my stay, the phones in the guest room were having an issue with international calling cards, but the front desk allowed me to use their phone for a timesensitive call.

The location & cost related to a basic, good quality, clean,central hotel that fitted our needs over a short weekend. Very helpful staff and plesant fellow travellers. A pleasure, thank you!

Nice hotel, staff was excellent and location is perfect. A little bit hard to find and difficult to park, but we managed.

Yes.The breakfest was miserable.It was not nutricious, All foodstuffse came from packeges of plastic, ready made. No possibility for having eggs, nutricious bread, yougurt with a low fatcontents. If I was suffering from diabetes I could not have been eating/drinking anything from the buffet. Nice coffee was served.

very very friendly staff entertaining to say the least! it was almost like fawlty towers. very unique hidden away very near centro area at the top of assisi. staf coulkd not do enough for you<

my husband is 6ft 4 and we danced limbo every night getting into the bathroom on the top floor in the room. the slats on the bed broke the first night adding to our fawlty tower experience but all was fixed next day with many many apologie from owner luigi who has to be met.

Somente a simpatia da atendente.

Quando reservei o Hotel coloquei nas minhas opções parque de estacionamento, eles não tem, é uma dificuldade enorme de desembarcar as malas e depois deixar o carro no estacionamento e voltar a pé. Wirless, coloquei para usar no Hotel, quando cheguei não tinha, somente um computador para todos os hospedes usarem.

1. Do atendimento, principalmente da funcionária da recepção - extremente dedicada e solícita fora dos horários convencionais, eu cheguei por volta das 22h e sai antes das 6 da manhã. 2.Da localização - acesso muito facil de carro, considerando que a cidade é medieval.

O hotel me foi sugerido pelo funcionário Cláudio da Booking.com, que me deu um atendimento excelente, quando solicitava esclarecimentos sobre outra reserva, que foi ampliada com ele tb. Não li as recomendações sobre esse hotel pq não sabia que era possivel e não vi onde há essa possbilidade no site.

la camera dove ero alloggiata era molto rumorosa perchè dava su un cortile dove c'erano strumentazioni molto rumorose; difficoltà quindi a riposare bene.
