- Value for money is great - Staff is friendly and hotel is very clean, looks new.
- No wifi reception in the room - A little cold. Floor is tiled, and cold to walk without slippers.
Location is great close to Termini & most attractions a short walk away. Room was newish & clean, staff were friendly & helpful.
Building is located on a main road & walls were paper thin so traffic noise all day & night & also noise from other rooms & reception meant very little sleep (((
clean room and bathroom, close to the Termini train station
breakfast at the reception, not in the promised caffee: a croissant without any plate + coffee, cappuccino or tea, wifi only at reception, no wifi in the rooms, room faced the road, it was extremely noisy, the windows were not closeable
location was good. Staff was helpfull and nice. It was very clean and everything was new. More than perfect for its price.
Big room for family of 4. Breakfast included. Room cleaned everyday with clean towels. Within walking distance to termini train station.
Basin draining badly, toilet seat broken. We told them on the fist day, but still not repaired by the time we left 4 days later.
Location, clean, free wifi, free breakfast
Weak wifi, coridor was sooooooo noisy because of 24h front desk
Room we stayed at was very comfortable and clean. Location of room was excellent. Breakfast was more than we expected, although it was in cafe in neighborhood.
A little bit noisy (elevator, other guests). No WiFi in room.
Good location, clean old mansion.
The hotel was great value for money- breakfast was included (even if it was in a cafe around the corner) and the staff member we had the most contact with was very helpful and friendly!
Nice area, close to subway, train station and centre Nice people
Poor breakfast Noisy mornings
Excellent location Friendly staff Clear Good wi-fi Good restaurants near by
On the first floor is was too noisy because of the traffic. The breakfast was a little bit far (7-8 minutes)
Despite the room was small, everything was clean and comfortable.Great place for nice price
Good location. the Reception is very good. From Termini Station you can walk or take the bus. Clean.
No wifi in the rooms. Sorry this is a deal breaker. They told me wifi can be used only near the reception. smelly bathroom. The sanitary smells very ugly. Breakfast in a near cafe with coupons. Very poor
Very good and clean hotel next to Termini station.
Wi fi only next to reception.
We had a last minute deal and the price was very good. The room was very clean and every day they cleaned the room. Bed was comfortable. The room was renovated (not old room). But we only used the room for sleeping, most of the time we were out :).
clean rooms, good location, all the best from this hotel!
Near to Termini. Close to restaurants.
There was no WiFi in room, only in reception. Need to walk 5 min for breakfast. It is in a restaurant. Breakfast very simple.
-They cleaned the room everyday. -So close to terminal.Just 5 min by walk. -Close to metro station.
-Wi-Fi doesn't work inside the room.
Very nice hotel near Termini with very clean rooms. They changed every day towels.
Proximity to the central station
We had to walk across the street (5min) to have the incisive breakfast
At first, it was a bit of a laugh trying to find it. (It is not marked visibly - anywhere.) But we knew we were there because of the picture and address. It is three hotels and condos all in one building, which was actually kind of nice because it felt more like an apartment in a way, which I liked.) We enjoyed being close to the roma termini (train/metro station.) It was slightly strange that we had to walk a few blocks for breakfast in the morning (instead of being at the hotel) but it was fine as it was on the way to the station and that is where we were headed anyway. I use the term breakfast loosely (it is a coffee and a crossaint/pastry only) it was handy to have a small fridge in the hotel room. On our first day we bought some items to make lunches and some extras for breakfast. The shower was LOVELY. The room was spectacularly cleaned. The storage space was grand. The staff were friendly (didn't see much of them - but helpful when needed.)
THE BED and PILLOW were hard. If I could change anything it would be the bed. Two hard singles pushed together to make one horrible big hard bed. And stingy on the pillows. If I am going to sleep in a big hard bed I would at least like plentiful soft pillows (and that didn't happen.). Another thing that was slightly strange was that the breakfast didn't happen in the hotel - it was a few blocks away. (We didn't mind though.)
Close to Termini Station
At the evening the area is a little bit scary; when you find a hotel, you still have to look after reception, the Albergo Enrica name is impossible to find at the gate, they call this place in some different name...
Clean, modernly rennovated room
- w-lan not working in the nice rooms - only in the Lobby which was poorly equiped - one chair to sit - an Chance to quietly surf the www or write emails etc -loud neighbourhood not possible to sleep in due to traffic and construction site in front of the building. - breakfast - is in another indian bar and consists of a Glas of lemonade, coffee and a Cookie or Croissant! (10-15 minutes walk)
All staff is not supportive.
