The staff, particularly the reception and bar staff, were absolutely first-class. The breakfast choice was small but the food was delicious. Good restaurant across the street. Rooms very spacious.

Whoever thought of putting wooden floors in a hotel should be shot! On Saturday night the equivalent of a tap-dancing class materialised upstairs when someone with high heels insisted on walking back and forward into the wee hours. It wasn't their fault that it was like someone dancing on our heads below! The wooden floors might look good but they are very noisy. Also, we we placed across the street in an extension to the main hotel. No problem for us but anyone with mobility issues or buggies would have a problem as the stairs were steep and there was no lift. And lastly, we ordered a twin but were given a double.

Molto caratteristico, collocato nel centro di stia un piccolo paese del casentino da visitare e ottimo punto di partenza per diverse escursioni nei dintorni

Soggiorno meravilgioso, staff cortese e sempre disponibile. Camere molto belle e confortevoli. Raccomandatissimo

Gegenüber meinem Aufenthalt von vor 2 Jahren haben sich Serviceleistung, Komfort und Frühstücksbuffet deutlich verbessert

Ein wirklich nett geführtes kleines Hotel. Unser Zimmer hatte eine ordentliche Ausstattung und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Echte Toskanafans werden in der Region einiges Neues entdecken, allerdings muss man meist sehr lange fahren, um neue Ziele zu erreichen. Deshalb haben wir auch noch einmal die Region gewechselt (Hatten 11 Tage in Stia geplant). Obwohl unsere Stornierungsfrist verstrichen war, ist uns das Hotel entgegengekommen und hat die fest gebuchten Übernachtungen nicht berechnet. Ein toller Service, der uns noch schöne Tage am Mittelmeer ermöglichte.

L'hotel è ottimo e si trova proprio nel centro storico di questa piacevole cittadina (Stia); nulla da obiettare né sulla struttura né sul servizio.

Grandeur de la chambre. Salle de bain très pratique. L'emplacement et la possibilité de se garer facilement. Et le 10% de réduction au restaurant - de qualité - attenant à l'hôtel en tant que client de celui-ci.

Nous avions réservé une chambre à 2 lits. Cette réservation n'avait pas été prise en compte et il a fallu discuter. Passé cette première phase, rien à redire.

Ottima la posizione nella piazza principale del paese , abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla e gli spazi sono immensi , ottimo l'arredamento curato nei minimi particolari. Ottima la colazione

Albergo molto carino e tranquillo con rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera confortevole e pulita, colazione varia e abbondante. Dislocazione geografica (Stia) ottima per una visita ad una Toscana meno conosciuta. Da ritornarci e consigliare.

Parcheggio non sempre facile.

Mauvaise organisation du petit déjeuner- Pas assez de places assises et donc obligés de patienter ! Choix très limité, pas de grill pain.

Bella struttura, staff molto disponibile.

Il wifi avrebbedovuto essere gratuito invece non era disponibile. Difficlissimo trovare da parcheggiare.
