Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi is strong and reliable. Location is central and buses right outside the door. Fantastic.
Near the water with great restaurants nearby. Great room with balcony views. Staff were magnificent and very helpful. Location makes it easy to get bus outside to get to old town and train station yo go Pompeii for example.
Internet in room was very weak to non-existant. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Lots of sweets which we are not used to.
Convenient to historic area and good value for cost.
Clean and quiet but needs an update with newer furnishings.
Room well-kept comfortable, good street access, close to beach.
Air conditioning was a bit hard to get working and set, but managed.
Good breakfast, Portiers were very friendly, helping with luggages
Lady in the reception was totaly unfriendly. She tried to improve that my doughter is older that 2y. We felt like freeloaders and scammers. We had to leave our car key in the reception without reason explanation. There was no "please leave" only "leave".
Clean room. Good wifi. Small pizza place around the corner (behind mc donalds) offers great oven made pizza at an innexpensive price. Private parking at no additional cost.
Breakfast was low quality. Even though we arrived in the breakfast area 30 min before the indicated closing time, all of the trays but a couple of them were empty, and they refused to replenty the food for us. Even worse was the fact that they started to collect the few items of food that were left 10 mins before the closing time, and the cleaning staff started to clean up around us in an unpolite way 1min before the closing time. All of this made the breakfast experience quite unpleasant.
Good continental breakfast. Friendly staff.
Small single room
It's on the bus line.
Bad location, not much to do locally, need to get a bus to go anywhere. Facilities were not very nice. Beach was dirty and small.
Nothing apart from no tea and coffee facilities inroom
Friendly people, the most important thing on a check-in!
The staff were terrific and the hotel was clean and comfortable
The hotel is not in a great location. It is a 15-20 minute bus journey to the city centre or a 1hour walk in heat which can be rather daunting.
an old 3 star hotel on the beach outside Salerno center. A parking garage.
had better times. No elevator.
For the money this hotel is excellent value and the staff cannot do enough for you
no kettle in room for tea and coffee
Too far out if you don't have a car.
Rooms were a little average
We stayed only overnight as we were travelling overland through Europe. The staff were helpful. There is a safe private parking, which I highly recommend as this is closed all the time by a shutter. The 'Lungomare' (seaside) is only a couple of minutes away on foot, where you will find a lot of restaurants along the coast road. Do keep in mind that there is no elevator, so travel light. Though its only one flight of stairs, and I'm sure that the friendly staff would be eager to help. Breakfast was good as well
I don't think there is anything negative to say about this place
Staff was nice and helpful, transit options made Amalfi and Pompeii accessible.
The location, we had no idea Salerno, a seaside city would be so dirty, there was dog feces and trash all over the sidewalks and the streets frequently had bad smells, also the beach would have been nice except they were covered with trash, we expected more of a place so close to a tourist hotspot like Amalfi.
close to the sea.
small rooms; insects inside the bathroom; poor breakfast - only a few options; bad parking for the cars...if you choose the garage, you have to pay extra 8 euro; the reception will not allow you to receive in your room a guest even for 5 min, the bed is not changed for at least 5 days; on the site, they wrote that they are parteners with private beach, but in fact you have to pay all the money on that....is a big lie.
Excellent job forwarding mislaid property, without delay.
