Well maintained, hygenic, furnishing thoughtful, bathroom seemed new, tasteful decor, temperature controlled by occupant -- even allowing for open windows. Breakfast buffet best of our travels.Requested a balcony view onto square, of which there are only a few, and received it. For some the noise from the square could sometimes be an unsuitable level as it is a popular rendezvous and dining area. But it is easily regulated by closing the balcony doors. |

Location was perfect for exploring Como and surrounding areas. Loved sitting on balcony watching activity below. Good restaurants all around. Very close to ferries - could see lake from our room. Large room by European standards (deluxe double). |

It was in close proximity to the lake, train station, shops, markets,banks and restaurants. The receptionist was very obliging and didn't mind holding our luggage till late the day we left. I thought the staff member serving breakfast could have been a little more friendly, especially with tourists from all over the world staying there. |

Central location in como , very close to lake, boats, bus and train station. Overlooking lovely piazza with excellent restaurants. Limited selection at breakfast. Folding shower door over bath difficult to manage resulting in "flooding" of floor. |

Very convienent to the train station and the lake. Staff was extremeley friendly. Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean. A/C could have been bigger. Shower was a little small also. Not recommended if you don't do stairs. Elevator was very small not always available. |

Great staff, clean and very comfortable accommodations, great location in Como just steps from the water, water taxis, and great shopping. Only one thing...the enclosure on our tub for the shower leaked a lot the first day and even with aiming the shower head at the back wall we still would get water on the floor. I felt sorry for the housekeeping staff. Poor design. |

Very good position in the very centre of Como with no traffic noise.Very good standard of room furnishing and full bathroom (bathtub).Excellent breakfast. There are no public areas apart from good breakfast room. |
