Sa position au coeur du centre ancien de la ville et sa proximité des principaux musées, gare, bus et sites touristiques.Sa transformation réussie d'une maison ancienne en hôtel. La gentillesse et les bons conseils du personnel. Manque de rangements et de patères dans la salle de bains. |

La disponibilité du personnel, la possibilité de parler anglais et un peu français. le bruit mécanique: un moteur permanent de la VMC qui se fait entendre dans la chambre où nous étions. Ce bruit lancinant, il est possible de s'y habituer car il est continu, mais il peut déranger les gens sensibles et soucieux du silence. |

The location is great, can't be better, for the money you pay. Breakfast was rather poor, and then it became even poorer (no ham at all during the stay, and then the last two days there weren't even cheese slices available any longer). Breakfast stuff was doing it's best, in a breakfast hall that wasn't big enough to serve the hotel. Reception desk stuff was rather uninvolved. |

It was conveniently located for the main sites, the room was fine, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. |

good location. quite nothing for breakfast. everything doesn't seem to be cozy. i think it's good only if you come late in the evening and go straight to sleep. but then it's possible to find smth else.also as previous two days i was staying in Relais Cavalcanti - this hotel in comparising was quite awful for me. though Relais was perfect, location was better and it was cheaper. |

It was very nice, staff were very helpful. it was clean. Maybe could get new beds and no bar fridge but really not a major complaint as it was a pleasant stay |

Great location to all the attractions. Air Conditioning was so poor, and Florence was in a hot spell! The staff moved me to another room but it was no better. Had one sleepless night. |

The location of the hotel is simply superb. While right in the center of town, the hotel is quiet during the night.The staff was friendly and rather helpful. Breakfast was excellent. |

Excellent location just in the heart of historical centre of the town. Quiet and clean room (on the 4th floor) with the view on the Dome. |

Superbly central. Breakfast included. I always stay here when I visit Florence and this time I even got a room with a view of the rooftops of Florence - lovely! |

The location is very good. And it is value for money. The bed is not that comfortable. I ordered for a double bed but actually they just combined two single begs together. |

Excellent location spotlessly clean and supplied all the essentials Tv had enough channels to satisfy-even saw rugby international which I didn't expect to see!! My bedroom faced the street and was very noisy into the small hours as there wasn't double glazing I would ask for a quiet room if I went back. A little cheese or cold meat would be nice at breakfast-none was provided. |

Very convenient location, near some of the best sites and gelato in town. Very quiet except when the church bells chime (7 am on). Had elevator. No language problem. Clean, modern Basic breakfast, which is okay, but coffee machine had lots of problems. Some fruit would have been nice. |

Good value for money certainly comes first!, Location in the centre of the town - all monuments are within walking distance, 15 min from the central staion St Maria Novella; The showers - one cannot avoid havong constantly wet floor in the bathroom ; Softer and thicker towels would be nice... |
