Great staff manning the front desk. Superb location. Very comfortable hotel Parking is remote from the Hotel, and may mean that you need to move your suitcases personally from the parking garage to the hotel, if parking staff are not available to do that. If the garage has staff, they can take you and your baggage to the hotel and then park the car for you.

The hotel has the most fantastic location in the traditional centre of Florence.I have stayed here previously and I will again in the future. On arrival in freezing weather the room was nice and warm.

The location is excellent. Very near to the museums around Florence. And actually within 15-20mins walk from sm Novella train station. There's free wifi too, but only at the lobby area. Breakfast is served until 10am.

An adequate place to spend a night or two. Polite and helpful personnel, clean rooms, didn't experience any disturbances (such as noise).

The power outlets in the room wouldn't accept a standard European plug with thicker pins. Their "breakfast" doesn't deserve the name. And next time I would look for a place really near the train/bus station. Yes, it is only 10 min on foot, but if you have luggage, be prepared to pay about 15 euro for taxi each way.

Hotel Albergo was a clean, comfortable, pleasant place to stay in the very heart of Florence. This central location made it very easy to go and pop back into the hotel during the day but it made for a rather noisy night with all the street revelers. There was also a nightly organ concert across the street which got rather tiresome when it went on after 10 pm. But the bells of the churches were great to hear. The beds were not the most comfortable but okay for a few nights. The staff was always extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was generous though some fresh fruit might have been nice too. But this was a European breakfast after all. A good place to stay in the centre of Florence at quite a reasonable price. Having a great soak in the deep bath was greatly appreciated!

A bit noisy at night, beds not the most comfortable but not terrible, I've had worse.

Location is excellent, so close to all places you want to see and shops, all in walking distance. Good breakfast It had a lift!!, as some hotels you have to walk up stairs.

Albergo Firenze is an average hotel the room was decorated (?) with old furniture, the place definitely needs serious renovation, the breakfast was rather poor, overpriced for the services provided

The location was good, 100 m from the dome. NeXT time I'll visit Florenze I will stay to hotel Firenze again

ligging is centraal

Toilet werkte niet, na melding zogezegd wel maar hebben toch de vuilemmers moeten gebruiken om door te spoelen. Er was een bus met Engelsen aanwezig die ons 2 nachten hebben wakker gehouden, ben 1ste maal om 12.30 naar beneden gegaan om hen aan te manen stil te zijn, stonden voor de voordeur met drank in de hand ! De volgende nacht was het weer prijs maar dan in de gang ...

Magnifique situation tout près du Dôme et des offices. Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Donne sur une adorable petite place à l'italienne. Un bon rapport qualité -prix dans une ville très chère.

Dommage de ne pas indiquer qu'il est absolument impossible de rejoindre l'hôtel en voiture, même pour y déposer les bagages.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in una quadrupla hotel a 2 stelle che confermo,prima colazione nella norma, camera pulita ed essenziale, la posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale proprio a due passi dal duomo.
