the perfect place to stay in Bologna We stayed for 1 week and thought it the perfect place. it is across the road from the famous two leaning towers and less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. The residence is on the 3rd floor \ piano and there is an exellent lift. We had a large room with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, chairs and desk, a good bathroom with excelent shower. The room looked out into the central well area and was quieter than the busy main street at the front. Breakfast was Italian -simple - with excellent coffee, a plate of ham, toast or Italian croisant, fruit cakevand yogart. there was excellent free wi-fi in our room. The man and woman in charge were very helpful and friendly. There was a supermarket COOP very nearby on the other side of the 2 two towers There was a very efficient old fashionedceiling fan. There was also air conditioning but we did not need it. The residence is part of a very old building and it feels a privilege to stay in such a place. We could find no fault and would definetly stay there again

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Bologna. The rooms were simple but very comfortable and absolutely spotless. The showers and toilets are separate from the bedroom and shared, but they are large, very clean and good quality. The staff were extremely friendly and consider, despite our arriving home in the early morning. A wonderful place to stay.

The breakfast is fine but simple - you're better of going to eat breakfast out on Piazza Maggiore, where the croissants are flowing with Nutella and you can watch the day pass by...

The location couldnt be better.It was next to the two towers. The best location for exploring the historic center. Also shared bathroom wasnt a problem cause everything was clear.

It's a great place to stay,lovely hosts and other staff. Perfect location for exploring Bologna which is a lovely city. We had Room 104 which has a small balcony. Even though I'm not a big fan of shared bathrooms they were both always spotless. We would definitely stay there again.
