Hotel Staff were excellent and gave us lots of information regarding the surrounding area and points to visit/dine out etc. It was our birthday during the stay and we returned to our room to fine a bottle of red wine which was a lovely surprise. |

Reallllly friendly hosts, we felt like being home away from home ;-) Perfect location for making tours in the area of Trieste....Thanks for the tip with the Rilke-path and the restaurant, Andrea...it was AMAZING!!!We´ll come back one day... |

The friendliness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the excellent location also re bus connections to Trieste and the airport (that we didnt have to use this time, but perhaps will in the future), ease of car parking, |

- nice small hotel, clean rooms, the hostess was very helpful, good price/quality ratio - it was not easy to find the hotel although Duino is a small town, a good route description (including the GPS coordinates) could help a lot. |

Friendly, comfortable, warm, we could say family atmosphere, clean room, coquettish lobby, excelent home cooked breackfast (each day a "surprise" delicious cake), good position to visit Trieste area (don't miss Miramar Castle), the owner very attentive to us. Improving the windows with net for mosquitos would be very useful |

Comfortable and friendly, but more a bed and breakfast than an hotel Bathroom somewhat spartan and very old with ancient shower and some exposed concrete on floor |

I liked the staff and friendly atmosphere. Also, I liked its location in the town. This hotel is good only for short term because the walls are very thin and the rooms are small and crowded. |

complimentry Bottle of wine nice touch Difficult to find, obstructed landings on steep stairs, no on site staff, could not check in @ 4pm, had to wait 1/2 hour while manager traveled from Trieste. mouldy shower curtain, internet did not work,if on going problem need to remove service from site. Seems "Have room / leave money" not a professionally run Hotel. |

Excellent facilities, big bed, clean beautiful room and bathroom, awesome host - nice small 8 bed hotel (B&B) with the most scrumptious home cooked breakfast in the morning. Wish we had more time to stay here. |

Nice clean new room with plenty of space the location - tried accessing info on webiste and was unable to access it - location was appauling, hard to find and not very nice area. Hotel staff did not answer our knocking and doorbell ringing at 3:45 when we arrived but said they were there, had to wait around for service. Once she arrived she was very helpful though |

Empfangsmitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Hotel kaum zu finden. GPS-Daten stimmen nicht, Straßenbezeichnung anders, daher auch nicht zu finden. Hotelbeschreibung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Kleines Zimmer, extrem kleines, kaltes Bad - alles sehr veraltet! |

Die gepflegte Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Hauses, das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück,der Blick aus demFenster in den Garten. Der unfreundliche Empfang. trotz vereinbarter Ankunftszeit ließ man uns 30 min vor der Tür warten und die Begrüßungsworte waren geradezu unverschämt. |

Gyakran megyek Budapeströl hoszabb útra kocsival Olaszországba. A szálló iedális helyen van egy egyéjszakás pihenöre, reggel megyek tovább. Van saját parlokójuk is. Családias, barátságos, méltányos árú. Ha valaki több éjszakát tölt itt, sok látnivaló akad, például a tengerparti sziklákon vezetö Rilke ösvény. A parkolóba történö ki- és beállás balesetveszélyes. |
