the friendliness of owner and staff, all of them helpful and they treated me as a cherished friend. it was impeccably clean and my room had a glorious view of lake and mountains. although the hotel is outside the town of Lazie it is only a few minutes' walk away.

my room was at the back, and quiet, but on the first night i was facing the main road and it was noisy. i would have appreciated more italian food - and more choice of pasta - on the menu, although the food offered was very good.

family run and very helpful with the parking which is very limited in the bus.y vacinity. Excellent breakfast

On one and only coastal road with constant heavy traffic which is to be expected at the end of the tourist season. Fortunately our room was on the side of the hotel and we were not disturbed by the traffic but by a cock crowing from 5 in the morning from the next door neighbours! I'm sure that this is only a temporary inconvenience.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only a 5 -8 minute walk from the town centre. Parking available just outside the hotel for free.

Although the rooms were simple they were extremely clean; something that we haven't had in a lot of pricier hotels. The eating/restaurant area was very inviting and we really enjoyed the meal that we had there. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, was very good. It was obvious that the family run business was looked after with pride and consideration. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast is ok.

The douche and the toilet are both located in the same half square meter. The staff is very slow and not friendly. The rooms do need a fresh up, they were not clean. A lot of noise from the street.

rapporto qualita prezzo buono vicinissimo lazise 5 minuti a piedi colazione nella norma dolce e salata a buffet camere piccole bagno piccolo ma per un breve soggiorno va bene .per chi vuole spendere poco va bene parcheggio privato difronte hotel.tutto soommato consigliabile.padrone un po burbero ma disponibile

condiderando il costo e la vicinanza a lazise centro niente da dire si puo consigliare.non e un hotel a 5 stelle ma per quello che si spende va bene

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht. Bad katastrophal, alte verwohnte Zimmer, etc.etc.

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima a tutti i possibili svaghi. Albergo pulito, e il Sig. che ci ha accolti è adorabile e molto gentile. Non credo equivalga a una sola stella! Prezzo perfetto per una coppia!

La toilette della nostra camera era un po' piccola;ma comunque pulita.

Il cibo del ristorante, pizza e e pesce , molto buono a buoni prezzi.

tutto buono sopratutto la colazione molto abbondante

Nonostante che l'albergo fosse al completo...non ci siamo nemmeno accorti degli altri ospiti...c'è sempre stato un clima di assoluto relax

Bella posizione vicino sia al centro del paese sia al lago di Garda.

La stanza un po piccola.

Il garni è a 1 stella, però equivale a molti 3 stelle italiani. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente buono (almeno nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi). Proprietari gentili. Nonostante fossimo in un periodo di bassissima stagione, la colazione era buona ed abbondante.

Albergo molto pulito, personale gentile. Ottimi servizi alla persona. Posizione dell'albergo eccellente con vista sul lago! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

La posizione, prezzo ottimo, colazione abbondante. Se non siete persone schizzinose sulla pulizia e il confort in generale, per un breve soggiorno e con pochi soldi a disposizione è il posto ideale.
