The hotel is in a very good position. Easy access to the main square and the restaurants around. The common rooms and outside terrace areas are very pretty and relaxing. The decor is nice. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The shower was big. Great! Good to have a fridge in the room.

If you're traveling to Capri, and want to be close to everything, you can't beat the location. Gatto Bianco is an oasis right in the center of town, set back from the street, so the hotel and rooms are relatively quiet. The rooms and views are lovely, the staff is very warm and friendly and the public areas of the hotel are bright and spacious. You can feel comfortable here without feeling smothered by your environment. I would stay at the GB again, if I'm ever fortunate enough to get back to Capri.

Hotel charmoso no centro de Capri, café da manhã excelente, quarto grande com varanda charmosa tb. Funcionários atenciosos. Loby com sofás meios sujos e gato e cachorros circulando a vontade pelo hotel e deitando nos sofás.

Das Albergo liegt in Capri-Stadt sehr zentral 2 min. von der Piazetta entfernt. Man kommt von der Funicolare gut zu Fuss zum Albergo. Das Flair dieses romantischen Hotels (seit Generationen in Familienbesitz) kommt durch die Majolika-Fliesen ungemein gut zum Ausdruck. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon hinab zur ruhigen Innenterrasse. Wäsche und Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wer einen zentralen Ausgangspunkt (und trotzdem vom Trubel abgeschirmt) sucht und gleichzeitig aber den Charme vergangener Zeiten sucht, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Das Frühstück ist vielleicht für Reisende, die länger als drei Nächte buchen, etwas karg. Zumindest wären wir für ein Frühstücksei dankbar gewesen.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. De resto pésimo, caro, malo y feo. El desayuno estuvo estándar. Horroroso, de mal gusto, el aire de la habitación no era suficiente para enfriarla. Espantoso!! No lo recomendaría nunca. Excesivamente caro para lo que es muy muy decepcionada.

Classico Alberico Caprese, vicino alla piazzetta e al Quisisana. Ambiente tranquillo e in buona posizione per lo shopping. Disseminato di gatti bianchi in ceramica in ogni angolo, compreso un gatto bianco vero che circola per l'albergo.

Местоположение, дизайн, персонал - 10 баллов. Отель расположен в самом центре Капри в минуте ходьбы от Пьяцетты и улиц для шоппинга, при этом из номера не видны толпы туристов. Отель стоит внутри домов. Из окон стандартных номеров виден Капри и часть моря. Вид прекрасный! В каждом номере есть балкон. Номера оформлены в каприйском стиле. Дизайн каждого номера индивидуальный. Все бело-сине-желто-зеленое. Ванная комната большая. Форму оплаты мы выбирали сами. Никто не снял заранее с нашей карты ни копейки. Расплатились при выезде. При отеле есть небольшой сад, где можно отдохнуть в тени лианов . Есть терраса с лежаками для солнечных ванн. В холле отеля несколько зон: для чтения газет (на итальянском))), для просмотра телевизора и просто для общения. Имеется в наличии бар и, наконец, белый кот (!), подстриженный под льва, который лежит на диванах и очень любит, когда его гладят. Отель принадлежит семье, которая в нем работает. "Семейственность" здесь присутствует во всем. Прежде всего, в домашней обстановке. Персонал очень дружелюбный и самое главное - незаметный. Завтраки скудноватые и одноообразные. Шумоизоляция в номерах не очень хорошая. Беспроводной интернет в номерах стоит 10 евро за 3 часа. ТВ каналы на русском отсутствуют. Нет бассейна.

I loved the location. Very nice lobby , terrace to eat breakfast and pretty tiles throughout. Good breakfast. Rooms were nice. The owner was very hospitable and caring. The porter was very rude and apologized later. We were yelled at for drinking a glass of water at a table inside the hotel lobby.
