the decor was beautiful, the grounds lovely. It was very difficult to find, and driving was scarey on the steep curvy roads. signage not good. very steep road into the town and not much room for walkers. |

Luxury in a natural environment, 5' by car from the Montepulciano old town centre. Breakfast overall great. One little notion: Some fresh juice would make a difference, since we weren't offered any during our stay in other places in Tuscany either. |

pleasant surroundings, beautifully restored buildings, friendly staff Felt a little bit like we got the "bum's rush" at 10:45AM, but I think the proprietor had to leave the grounds in a hurry. |

Very nice family, breakfast was great,made me a cappucino when we arrived ,also would make a cappucino at breakfast,very attentive.Helped us with planning where to go for meals. Printed off a couple of maps for us so we could find our way back to Rome.Very helpful .Nice to sit outside in the garden and enjoy a glass of wine. Would have liked to have stayed longer in this part of Italy.It's beautiful! |

The exterior of the villa itself was immaculate, surrounded by well kept gardens that we could enjoy. The interior was just as perfect as the exterior. The rooms were both elegant and comfortable. The owners went out of their way to ensure all our needs were taken care of. It made for an outstanding Anniversary weekend for the wife and I. Nothing... save for the fact that we could not stay longer. |

Lovely hotel, room and furnishing to a very high standard and an excellent breakfast too. 10 mins walk into town. Nice garden and private parking as well. Owners were helpful and friendly and recommended the local restaurants to us. Very happy we chose to stay here for our 4 nights in Montepulciano. |

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We arrived later in the evening and they picked us up at the bus station and brought us to the hotel. The breakfast each morning was the best we had with fresh meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits and cappuccino. Our room was very comfortable and spacious but also very cute and full of antique furniture. We will definitely go back to this hotel. |

Charming hosts; delightfully, well furnished, spacious rooms; very clean; quiet location, yet within 10 minutes walk of Montipulciano old town; lovely gardens; very good breakfast. You won't beat it for a local B&B. No conditioning remote control; only full-on or off. |

It was a pleasant hotel with very nice gardens. Rooms were confortable and well-appointed. Downstairs rooms are noisst from people clomping around overhead (carpets in the upstairs rooms would help) and the upstairs rooms' flushing toilets and water were quite loud and annoying. Staff were not very sypmathetic to this problem! Get an upstairs room. While the hotel is a 10 minute walk to town, it is all uphill and then you find yourself at the low end of the town with lots more uphill walking to do. Better to drive to the parking lots (free) near the gates and walk from there. |
