I couldnt get the recipe for tirimusu from Simone!
We loved staying in this hotel, the furniture and decor is old which made it seem like we were staying with friends rather than a hotel. The piazza was noisy if you left the windows open, which again gave you a feeling you were living in among the Italians, rather than in a hotel which could be anywhere. Once you closed the soundproof windows you didnt hear any outside noise. We could hear other guests but it wasnt very full as we were there off season. The restaurant had fabulous food, at reasonable prices so we ate there every night. I didnt have the pasta till the last night, and wished I tried it sooner! The tiramisu was the best I have had, I had it every night. Simone even made coffee to suit us aussies! If you want a real Italian experience, not a 4 star hotel book this!
