Albergo Le Due Corti    

Room was large and clean. Short walk to old town. Convenient to restaurants.

Staff at desk and dining room not very friendly. Parking expensive. Very difficult to find by car with all the one way streets.

Location to the airport

Completely unfriendly people at the desk. Only cold water (and it was really cold) in the room. When I complained the guy at the reception said "That's not possible" and that was it! I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Our room faced a busy street but the windows were well insulated and we did not Hear a thing when they were closed..if we opened them, we were treated to a slice of the local life as you could hear people talking and laughing The staff was so gracious and beyond helpful...the wait staff even remembered What I drank with my breakfast...Twothumbs up!

The hotel is in a quiet area but only a 10 minute pleasant walk to the harbour to explore the lake.

The restaurant didn't have a great selection for young children.

Close to the historical part of Comoros, had a historical story about the hotel. Helpful staff, barista made the best coffee in the world, great breakfast with a wide variety of food types. Vegitarian to meat eaters. Close to railway station and lake. On site parking. Great selection we made.

Parking should have been free. But price was fair.

Convenient location for walking around Como

Clean room , within 5 min walking distance from city centre . Good parking in central courtyards.

Staff were fantastic, the manager greeted us personally. Answered all our questions, gave us great advice on what to see and that we did not need to spend $ on a tour really.

Walls in room are very thin and could hear talking from other rooms. If TV was on it was difficult to get to sleep. No tea and coffee making facilities in room but not a big deal really.

Excellent location in the heart of Como, near shopping, easy to reach by car or train, and walking distance from the Lake. The room was very nice, staff were wonderful and the food at the restaurant delicious. The group I was traveling with had various dietary restrictions which the restaurant was happy to accomodate.

The highly cooperative and professional staff are amazing. Also the location of the hotel is great.

We really liked the friendliness of the personnel on the reception and in the reastaurant - we arrived late but they did their best to ensure the dinner for us and did it in a nice way. We were offered the upgraded room with a jakuzzi option in the bathroom with no price increase. The room 118 was bright, nice and quite. We, three of us, had a really pleasant stay! When in Como again we will definetely stay there. The walk to the center takes 10-15 min but it is a pleasant walk along the shops. We really recommed the hotel.

The staff was phenomenal and overextended themselves to meet all our requests.

The pool was cold! It was about a ten minute walk from the lake, but it affords a nice walk through Como itself.
