Budget favorite.

The hotel has a great reputation and I can certainly tell why. The hotel is impecably clean and the room was beautiful. I initally chose the hotel because it was low-cost (cheapest in the area after hostels) yet was very surprised at how lovely the reception, rooms, bathrooms and decor was. My room also had a balcony and french opening doors overlooking the street. Staff didnt speak good english but really tried their best which I appreciate. Internet was also free and very fast.

The hotel doesnt have a laundry service and the laundromat in town was out of power so I had to hand wash my clothes.. But luckily the room balcont provided a clothes line to dry them!

Location in the city center is very good. Confort of the room is minimal, poor.

It is a cosy hotel in a VERYgood location- 5 mins walk to the beach and to the port. Cleaning service was excellent, fresh towels were provided everyday, room was spotless- we were very happy with it. Our room had a tv and the air condition as well. Very friendly gentleman with the grey beard working in the reception was very approachable and helpful.

There were a few things which could have been improved- men working in the reception do not speak English (only one very friendly gentleman with the grey beard spoke a little); there was no safe (deposit box) provided to the hotel rooms nor at the reception, so we had to carry the documents and cash with us all the time, the hotel itself was noisy (I had to use the earplugs every night). The hotel recommends/(cooperates with) a restaurant which is 300 meters away. In fact food and fish over there was very good however that place was probably the most expensive in the whole Trapani. Smoking in the hotel shouldn't be allowed.

It is a very nice and clean hotel and really great value for the money. The staff was very nice and I can recommend it highly. I really enjoyed myself.

Location

The noise but inside the hotel and outside. The staff were not nice either.

The hotel is positioned in the center of Trapani very close to everything. The rooms looked very good, better than could be expected from a 2star hotel. I dont understand the difference between 2 stars and 4 stars.

The 24/7 reception was not open all the time. I left for the airport in the early morning but could not check out.

Ottima posizione nel centro storico della città e vicino al porto e agli imbarchi per le isole Egadi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Stanze ben insonorizzate, confortevoli ed elegantemente arredate. Massima pulizia.

Mycket bra läge i Gamla Stan med närhet till shopping och restauranger, nära till bad. Mycket rent både på rummet och hotellet i övrigt. Mycket nära till flygbussens hållplats

Personalen talade lite engelska, lite svårt att kommunicera ibland. Ingen frukost serveras på hotellet men det finns flera bra kafeer i närheten av hotellet.
