Hotel Fiorenza is just 200 metres from Termini Train Station. It offers a friendly service and rooms on the second floor with an LCD TV, private bathroom and double glazed windows.
Score from 402 reviews Good
Excellent location. Nice and friendly stuff. ..
Staff was helpful, bedding was clean, windows held noise from very busy road, aircon. Breakfast included, very sweet but at least something you can snack before you hit the town.
dirty walls with horrible stains, bathroom was below any standard, water was hardly warm so if you are planning your stay in colder months I do not recommend. Towels are more like table cloths. The location is good for transport to the airport and buses, metro to all attractions, but pretty dodge all together.
The location was perfect, very close to the Rome Termini. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
It was quite dark at night, so we had to return before midnight. The facilities were adequate except breakfast. Every morning we had to eat only croissant, yogurt and coffee. The worst thing was that the room was next to the dining room so it was very noisy from 8am till 9.30am. The first day we arrived at 6am and we were very tired so we slept for only 2 hours and after that it was very noisy. We made our complaints to the director but he ignored us in a very bad way.
Room had air con! Once all windows were shut the room was sound proof and with black out curtains we had a couple nights of much needed sleep. Metro and Roma termini so close which was perfect! Hotel was very safe and the hotel staff spoke great English and were very helpful! Bare room but all you needed! Very clean.
Had a great stay! Nothing to complain about. Staff were great!
I liked everything: the location, the room, the breakfast. Couldn't imagine better place for staying in Rome.
I have nothing to complain about.
Location is perfect.
Breakfast has only sweet breads etc.
Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet room for a hotel in such a very noisy neighborhood
Very poor breakfast (coffee, brioches and undrinkable fruit juice - that's all). The atmosphere of the breakfast room is like attending a funeral. Very bad internet connection. No hot water in shower.
Next to Roma Termini railway station and to the bus stops Cheap, nice and very comfortable rooms
This place is walking distance from termini station which is great if you plan to stay a couple of days in Rome and move on by train.
The area is a bit dirty. Termini zone
Location is great Staff are nice
The Breakfast included in very poor, this cannot be named a breakfast. It's just donuts, yogurt and Juice !
The staff was great, clean room, fantastic location. More than I expected for the money I paid. Air conditioned in Rome in August, thankful.
Good value for money.
The location, near main train station, metro and city center is fantastic. Friendly staff. Apart from the bathroom is the room a good size. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days.
Bathroom is really small. When you take a shower the whole floor will be wet. The breakfast is typically Italian.. we eat there once. The other days we eat elsewhere.
Very close to the train station and centrally located to a lot of the sights to see in rome. Also a couple of nice restoraunts close by.
Wifi isn't free
the guy at the reception is very rude. close to termini but I'm not suggesting as a backpacker. neighborhood is awful and not safe. transportation in city is difficult in Rome. so it is better to stay in a hotel close to the center otherwise it will be very hard to return late at night. breakfast is terrible. there is only a cup of coffee and an awful croissant. elevator is kind of scary
Nothing was ok except location
Their hospitality incredible bad ! Rooms has been never cleaned up !! sheet of the beds are smelling terrible.
Great location less than 5 mins walk from the station and 15 mins walk to the colosseum and forum. Easy access to metro, lots of eating options. Comfortable, secure room, great wifi(although not free)
Very small room, ineffective air con which you couldn't change the presets for which in Rome in summer isn't good! Terrible shower with poor water pressure and temperatures. Noisy at night with light streaming in from the corridor
Hotel is located just 200m from shuttle buses to Ciampino and Fiumicino, Termini - main train station in Rome and both lines of metro.
didn't find airconditoin and TV console.
Location, air conditioning, room. We rented bikes and at night there was a old guy very very friendly who helped us to store our bikes inside the building.
One of the recepcionists is very rude. He didn't speak English and wasn't neither helpful neither friendly. Just for that I would not recommend this place
Location is everything when in Rome, situated near the Termini Railway Station, very easy for all sights.
Ideal for a one or two night stay but the room we were in was not conducive for any further nights stay. Still value for money though
Breakfast included. Very reliable staff. Good location, walkable from Termini. Clean and spatial room.
It smelled horrible in the room
The wifi was not free shower facility was very EU standard
Perfect location for short stays and for the the ones who need to stay closer to the train station or airport connection
Internet on payment in a hotel in 2014 is something weird. The cleanings starts early to make noises (before the check-out time).
