Loved the location Room was clean and comfortable Staff were very friendly
Didn't like the fact you had to be back by 2am but I was aware of this before I booked...
the location of the hotel is very good! the price, too!
small bathroom! poor English among the most staff. we didn't try for breakfast!
I think the hotel is better than a 2 star hotel, it deserves more. The building has different hotels at different floors and I think this is the reason of 2 stars. For example reception is at 1st floor, and my room was at 3rd, however there was an another hotel at the 2nd. Hotel is fully renovated, the room is really big and it is really clean. Bathroom is clean when compared to its big bedroom, but as a normal bathroom is also OK. Wifi is 3 euros per 24 hours and works really fine, but of course it would be perfect if it was free. Hotel's location is perfect, just 2 minutes walk to central train station of Rome (Roma Termini). Staff is helpful, polite and speaking really good English when compared to rest of Italin tourism sector people.
Location, room, staff.
Room windows was in street side, it was mostly impossible to sleep at night.
Very good location, close to the Colosseo and other sightseeing, clean and the value of money was ok .Easy to reach the hotel, 2minuts from the bus station that goes to the airports.
It was noisy and chilly at night.
Good location, clean
had to pay for wifi
Is close to Termini Stasion, There are many pizzerias, and othes stores for tourists
In the first room which we stayed, there was a very bad smell from the WC, but when we told this to the receptionist, he gave us a new room.
Good location, good price, nice staff, very clean.
WiFi is not working...
Location couldn't be better, very close to the train station, the room had everything you need, clean, very comfortable bed.
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Roma, the elevator worked (their office had moved from floor 1 to floor 3) and the staff was friendly. The wifi cost was reasonable (€2/day).
There were sewer gases coming into the bathroom. When I complained, a staff member did something about it, but it only lasted an hour, tops.
The hostel is right next to the railway station.
The area is not very nice. Also, the room was not warm enough (all right for sleeping under a couple of blankets though).
Close to Termini station
Dingy, had to buzz to get the door open and sometimes had to wait quite a while to get in. Heating wasn't turned on til about 8 pm and was still not very warm overnight. One guy charged me a euro a page to print off boarding passes (without telling me before it was printed..) but another one did it for free. We paid 33 euro a night, which I guess is fair enough. But if you're paying more, think again.
good staff, location, and hot bath
Staff or some visitors(i think it was staff) were so noisy at night. They yelled and talked during the night, even during the dawn...3 days! I think it's crazy. I couldn't sleep all nights i stayed
Great hotel for those on a budget. Large room for cheap price - staff friendly and helpful.
Wifi wasn't free (2 euro per 24 hours)
- good price - clean - close to city center
- the location is near Termini train station, BUT the area is full of homeless people and shady characters - wi-fi is extra - room a bit cold - there is quite a bit of noise from the traffic outside
Good for a short stay. Value for money
The staffs were very kind, friendly
The room was cold even though the heat was on. The bathroom was smell bad.
The station is near so it was easy to travel to other cities and to the airport.
Sometimes it was a bit noisy cos people were talking on the corridor.
Very close to train station. Clean and good facilities.
Some temporary construction, but no big deal.
It was clean and close from everything
Welcome really bad and the windows at the room it was not closing i ask the reception to fix it he told me i'll come in 20m and he didn't came. In fact me,I'm not coming back at this hotel.
Next to Termini station.Polite staff.Clear room.
No free wi-fi
Nothing to like! Everything was negative
Everything was terrible about this place. Foremost, the owner was abusive, and rude; room was cold with a broken heater; bathroom STUNK from poor pipes; cleaners knocked and woke us up to do the bed, which we were still in!; reception closed at 1am but we weren't allowed to take keys with us when we went out?! Just everything. Do yourself a favour - DO NOT STAY HERE.
Very clean, good bed and location ( 50m from metro and train station).
No free wifi. towels too small. aircondition is always on cold air.
