Very clean, good bed and location ( 50m from metro and train station).
No free wifi. towels too small. aircondition is always on cold air.
Very friendly staff, room was modern and clean
Location was good and mature redemption gent delightful
Welcome poor, young man at reception unwelcoming. wiFi expensive. Breakfast very poor
Noisy streets and no heating in room
near termini, easy acces to buses and metro to all directions to rome and to both airports ciampino and fumicino, clean and simply decorated basic rooms
very very small bathroom 1mX2m,no heat at night at the end of october, only one small blancket for a double bed,,two beds getting together to make one double bed,not at all space in the room to seat somewhere except the bed, basic reception area, they dont change the sheets at our four days stay at the hotel
Delightful mature gentleman who welcomed us when, after leaving our luggage early morning we returned to check in, always had a welcoming smile. Very convenient to railway station and Metro
The young gent who met us on first arriving was not at all welcoming. The two single bed covers for a queen bed, towels were sheets of cotton cloth rather than towelling. Very noisy couple next door, were noisy until 3am each night, this made sleep very poor for three nights. Breakfast not worth €8 a head, very poor.
great location. Value for the money.
The reception spoke English and is generally helpful.
You need to pay for everything except the room itself- wifi, breakfast, etc. No facility is allowed to use for free- you can't use their refrigerator, plates, oven, etc. We were assigned a room beside the dining room which is noisy in the morning.
The old gentleman behind the counter is so friendly and helpful. He gave us direction on good restaurant, grocery store and internet cafe. Great location, nice and comfortable small rooms, very friendly staff.
My travel partner doesn't like the shower being too small for him. I don't fell it's an issue. And if they can provide free wifi that would be wonderful, but the paid rate is good compare to other hotels in Italy.
The location was not very good, but normal. Really close to the Termini station, about 20 minutes walk from the Venice Square. The room and the bathroom was very clean. Staff was pretty helpful.
The room and especially bathroom was very small. Wi-Fi is for the extra pay and not of very good quality. The price could be cheaper. And one day we had an awful smell in the room.
We were looking for cheap, easy to get and bathroom include hotel. Albergo Marechiaro is the best deal ever. Price is reasonable 126 euros for 2 nights/ 2 persons. Location is very usefull for vising all Rome's sightseeings. 15 min by foot to Collesium, 40 min to Vatican. If u like walking trips this is ideal accomodation for you. Also if u will have night flight and u have a limited budget and u do not want take taxi. You will also appreciate this place, cause only 3 min from Termini station where is the bus stop from the airport located. Clean room, bedclothes are clean too. I reccomend everybody this hotel.
No Wifi in the rooms. Common entrance for several hotels.
Location Service. The young guy at the reception is very well manerred and helpful
The bathroom, wifi charge, elevator, the batiment.
Close to Termini, restaurants, market stalls. Staff were helpful. It's perfect for a place to rest after long day of sightseeing. Room is clean.
Shower was quite small but you get what you pay.
bad facilities bed cleaning low cost=bad goods
Location was good right near the bus/train station. Room ok for the price. We stayed in a superior double. It was clean and obviously recently refurbished. The staff on reception were polite.
Very uncomfortable beds....they were very hard. The street noise was unbearable if you had the windows open but when closed they were good at blocking out the noise. There was an air con unit in the room but we couldn't use it.... it wouldn't switch on. When it's 27+ degrees outside it was a pain. Our towels were like bed sheets....never seen anything like those before! Breakfast supplied was very basic, no cereal or fruit unlike the pictures on the website....not good really unless you wanted a chocolate croissant every morning! That said, this was our first stay in a two star hotel so we didn't know what to expect. It will be our last. If you want a BASIC base from which to tour the wonderful city of Rome this is cheap and cheerful. If you want comfort and more of a hotel feel look elsewhere.
small room, close door
The hotel is close to the Termini which is very convenient when I arrived in the midnight. The close by Santa Maria Maggiore is worth a visit.
The breakfast is poor with limited choices.
Right next to the railway station,Metro, and Bus Station. Owner and staff very friendly. Exceptionaly clean.
Close to termini
Excellent location, 100m from Termini Station, many souvenirs stores with cheap prices. The hotel is surrounded of halal restaurant, good for moslem. Near mini markets with good price. Transportation from/to Rome airports is easy, EUR4-5 with Bus with 3 choices of company or EUR14 with Leonardo Express train from/to Fiumicino Airport. Staff are helpfull.
Breakfast only serve 1 croissant, orange juice & coffe/tea every day. Wi-fi is charge for EUR 2 for 24hrs. Don't expect regular-soft towel, they just provide a thin fabric towel.
Right next to station.
Worst breakfast! Shower was awful! Bearable for one night only.
small children on existing beds for free helpful friendly staff tasty breakfast perfect location very close to Termini Station quite easy to find possibility to let the luggage in the hotel after check-out while having a trip to Rome
later check-out not possible in our case
The position - it is only 3 min from Termini Station and very close to Santa Maria Maggiore and to Santa Presede Church. Do not miss the second one as it is spectacular for Bizantine mosaics. It is just behind the corner of S.M. Maggiore. We had a small room with a shared bathroom. Although it was tiny and simple, it was clean with towels and comfortable bed to sleep. The room was quiet at night. You will not find luxury there. But the price, location and friendly staff give much credit to this accommodation. You get a map of Rome for free, too. In the street there is a supermarket and some pizzerias, as well as, many souvenir shops with cheap things.
Air con didnt really do much
Shared bathroom floor often wet
