Location is great. For traveling and exploring Rome. Rooms were clean, breakfast according to room price... Staff was very helpful in everything that we needed.

Everything was very nice. Location is perfect. Easy to get everywhere. If you dont want to pay much for the hotel, this one for you.

The location near Termini train station was convenient for all sorts of transportation connections. The breakfast was ok.

The first room we were given had a terrible septic stench, probably from the floor drain. There was no control over the heat which caused us to need the window open over the busy street. After one night we were moved to a different room,which smelled fine. The beds in both of the rooms were extreamly hard. It wwere not able to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The accommodations were clean and well kept. The room was just enough for two sisters who only expected to sleep and shower there. The cleaning staff were excellent - when they tidied up the rooms while we were out, it was almost like coming home. They even found an earring I was missing and set it next to the one I had! We were allowed to leave our luggage the last day while perusing the city before we left. Breakfast was basic but good. I felt safe there, no worries. The location could not have been more ideal - just outside the train station when exiting to the right. Short enough walk where I did not fear the loitering crowds and individuals. The curtains were thick enough to keep out light; the windows when closed kept out much of Rome's unavoidable noise. Overall it was just perfect (except the small complaint listed below)!

Our bathroom smelled a little more than faintly like sewage... closing the bathroom door kept the smell out of the room. When taking a shower the smell would, of course, fade because of soap and shampoo and such, but when returning to our room after a long day out, the smell would have seeped into the room a little bit as well. Easily fixed by opening a window for a short time.

Location is just across from the side of the Termini in Rome. Very convenient for closeness to buses for getting around Rome. At the end of your stay, if you're going to Fiumicino Airport, take the Seven Euro bus almost at your door on Marsala Street instead of the nasty, crowded train for twice the price. The people running the bus service are related to Alitalia Airlines and are courteous and friendly. From the front of the Albergo Marisa, you can be on the bus in less than 5 minutes. You pay the employee on the bus (cash) and you're in the airport within 35 minutes. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and kept that way by the staff. The breakfast was about what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel.

Very close to Metro, to rail station, to bus station. There is a lift: very convenient to take the luggage up and down.

Beds were ucomfortable and pillows were too hard, more like from the coffin. Noise around, as it is quite common to station hotels

The price was good, the location was nice

The location was close to the bus and train terminal. The bathrooms were OK and a decent size with operating fans. The rooms were large with beds for 3 or 4. Breakfast was pretty good.

The staff was not friendly and the rooms could use a little paint.

The location is perfect, just next to Rialto. Our suite was beautiful, in an old Venetian building.

The hotel is located just near the Termini station. We were pleasantly suprised seeing the room: it was rather spacious, clean. The bathroom was also good. As for the price it's the very good hotel in Rome.

The Hotel is really good. But the price is bit higher.

Very short distance to the main railways station. Breakfast is decent (compared to other cheap hotels in the area) with fresh bread, yogurt, egg, cheese, serials, juice. However no ham nor vegetables etc at all.

Nasty smell at restroom: Sewer or mold? This is not for light sleepers: corridor door is not blocking any noise. (Improvement proposal: install double doors and the room will be ok!) Half of the tv channels are not working.

スタッフの愛想が悪いです。朝食は不味いです。シャワーはヘッドが固定式で、狭く不便でした。オートロック- ではありません。WIFIが有料です。全体的に陰気な感じでお薦めできません。

all'arrivo in stanza ho trovato qualche pelo non mio, sul letto e in bagno. Mi auguro che provvedano

Muy Sucio, sin servicios. Very Dirty, not clean. Muy malas habitaciones por dentro y afuera. No recomendable para llegar de noche. Ugly Inside and outside. Please Dont book here and do your self a favor, choose better.
