Location is good. Quiet place and at the same time 2 steps from most of attractions and marina. Room is new decorated and clean.

Our accomodaition was double room. Hotel profile indicates "Room Size: 22 square metres". In real it's max 15 total, including bathroom. And for hot water we had to wait abt 10-15 min.

I liked the location of the hotel, right in the heart of Palermo. The staff were friendly, helpful and consistent.

The room was very small with the view better having the blinds drawn than to look at.

This is the third time I have stayed here and the location is really good for exploring on foot all the locations of the historical centre of Palermo, or shopping.

While the single room was spacious it was quite run down in contrast to the far more pleasant double rooms.

The location is excellent for visiting Palermo, but also because of the nice surroundings (restaurants and coffeeshops). It provides best value for money ratio.

The walls between the rooms are very thinn and you can hear your neighbours talking to each other. The corridors need a refurbishment.

Nothing. We dislike this hotel very much and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

The worst hotel we've ever slept in Italy. The rooms are terrible and dirty. If you speak in terms of value for money, Hotel Mediterraneo is not a good choice.

Poor breakfast, bad english skills of all the stuff.

The room design can be improved; There was no nice, warm blanket.

Excellent location, good value. Stay not higher than the 3rd floor or else you won't get internet connexion (too weak or not at all). Excellent breakfast. I would like to praise the gentleman who was always paying attention to the guests' need, always bringing what was missing.

On the first part of my stay (4 nights) I was given a tiny room, with a very tiny bathroom. The shower box was so small that I could hardly move. But the other two nights (on different occasions, because I was travelling in Sicily), I was given really good rooms, spacious and with nice bathroom, with bathtub and all!

Staff ready and very helpful since we were arriving late. Also helpful with local information.

No negative issues

We had a better than normal room and it was nice, in elegant italian style. Internet worked perfectly and the location were perfect for us at least.

Breakfast was quite average (or below it).

poor facilities, roll-shutters didn't open (told maintenance several times). Breakfast very poor. no coffee available outside breakfast time (no room service). Had to ask 3 times for water in the minibar... all in all - not worth the money paid!

Excellent location, just a few short minutes walk from the historical center and the shopping streets; remarkable cleanliness; very basic but still offers everything you need for a city break, perfect value for money.

The staff was very nice but not really helpful in providing tourist information.

Due to hard winds, we had to stay an extra night in Sicily before going back to Malta by ferry. How lucky we were to find this very nice place with a very helpful and positive staff. The location is ideal in the centre of this beatiful city and the little hotel itself was tastefully decorated.

Value for money is excellent. The hotel is in the very city center, so most of the Palermo´s major cites can be seen in an afternoon. Pleasant and openned hotel staff. For a level of bed and breakfast I can say that is in its top category.

Excellent location for city buses and restaurants and bars and pizzerias etc. Teatro Massimo is close. Staff were friendly and helpful. For some reason we were given a huge room... Free wifi in room or hotel. Anyway, for the money it's a great choice for Palermo.

One of our three nights we had a noisy neighbor and could hear their tv and conversation loud and clear through the wall (the other two nights were no problem though). Breakfast was very basic (ham etc. and plain yoghurt with fruit coctail, and museli and cereal, but no hot food, no vegetables and coffee and tea etc. from a machine), but it's good enough really, especially when you're in a hurry to get going on sightseeing. No tea or coffee making set in the room. Wifi in room had some blank spots in the hot spots and was sometimes hard to use...

Warm welcome. The room was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. Staff speak good English. Excellent free Wi-Fi and lovely breakfast. I'm really to recommend.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely presented.

The public spaces of this hotel including the Reception and breakfast areas were totally lacking a warm, welcoming and positive atmosphere. Access areas to the rooms, near the lifts and the corridors, were also unappealing.

Needs refurbishment, but you get what you pay for

Big rooms! It's better to book superior rooms! They have new furniture! The parking place should book in advanced!

It was excellently positioned for a City trip. We were visiting fiends for a diner party and that was why we choose to stay here. Also the parking was necessary,although the cost is quite expensive.The room was lovely and I would certainly stay again,as we only live 45 minutes away.Palermo is wonderful especially at Christmas time.

The breakfast is very poor compared to other hotels we have stayed in Palermo. But the coffee was good! The staff are excellent and most welcoming.
