the view from the hotel was spectacular, the staff was extremely friendly, the hospitality was perfect, funicular is near the hotel. it's difficult to get to the hotel if you don't have car. |

This hotel has an amazing view of the most beautiful lake in Europe. The hotel recently re-opened under new, young management and it certainly deserves to do very well. The quality of the restaurant needs to be invested in terms of food and ambience. At the moment it is not much more than backpacker/utility. The setting of this hotel alone means it should be better. |

The most beautifull place of the hotel where I have ever stayed. If you get a room with balcony and view to the lake you will never forget it. The room was clean and nice, reception was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast could be better and there should be more signs how to get to the hotel because sometimes you get confused if you travelling by car. |

Hotel is in very beautiful place, where you can see down to the Como lake. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. Peaceful place and there are renovations done in the rooms, everything was clean and working. Driving up the mountain to the hotel through narrow streets, but once you get there it is rewarding. |

Lovely position looking down over Lake Como, very friendly owners. Fairly difficult drive to get up there. Only some rooms have lake views, ours didn't, and there's no difference in price. Worth checking with the hotel first |

De ligging en het uitzicht,de train naar de plek is een belevenis. Het ontbijt was zeer karig-het hotel sloot weliswaar de volgende dag i.v.m. vakantie maar desondanks klopt het ontbijt niet met hetgeen wij gewend zijn voor deze prijs. |

Son implantation en hauteur et une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée et seulement le lendemai matin !!! Pas de restauration le soir en arrivant vers 20h. |

Der var en venlig betjening og udsigten fra værelset var ubeskrivelig smuk. Havde ikke fået et vær. m. udsigt, men værten var flink og gav os et. Turen op på bjerget er lidt halsbrækkende og fordrer et vær. med den udsigt, man er kørt op for at få i rolige omgivelser. |

La tranquillità e la vista. Ottimi ristoranti nei paraggi. La strada per arrivare è veramente difficoltosa. Le salite non sono un problema per un guidatore esperto ma le strettoie e le corsie ridotte o a precedenze alternate rendono la salita un pò nervosa. Nel caso usaste un navigatore diffidate delle sue indicazioni e al bivio Brunate-Civiglio seguite Brunate ;) |
