Knowledgable and helpful owner/manager, spoke and understood Intermediate level English, great breakfast, hot shower and very clean.
Hard to find partly the fault of Google which relies on street names but usually there are few signs with street names. Usually have places ie. another town/city or community or things ie. stadium (stadio), centre of town (el centro) or main train station (stazione).
A warm family owned complex in a quiet location
Excellent staff Clean hotel Nice breakfast
Very friendly staff, own parking
Reentering WiFi access codes every time laptop went to sleep mode.
+ Great location for those with their own car as it's easy to get on and off the main roads. + Great place to stay at if you just want somewhere clean and comfortable at a good price. It's not fancy, but has everything you need. + Lovely breakfast. Plenty of choice. + Big bathroom and shower.

Hotel staff luca you are so kind to my family and everything was good. we were near the road but it looked like as if we were in the deep forest.
The position is very easy to access by car and there's a private parking. The room was quite big, as well as the bathroom. The hotel is nearly outside Perugia, even during Umbria Jazz is very silent and peaceful.
There's usually no one in the reception, I had to schedule check-in. The position is excellent for car travellers, but problematic for others.
Our room was bright, comfortable and clean. There was a good range of breads, cakes and yogurts at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered very good value for money.
There was some traffic noise, but it was to be expected due to the location. We still slept very well!
Younger man speaks English and cared me very well. The location is convenient and has its own garage.
WiFi worked well, but requires me a userid and a password every time I use. It should be changed.
Very friendly staff, good location near the highway exit "Perugia - Ferro di Cavallo", free parking, balconies on the nice park side, good price. The free WiFi works very good with laptop, but on smartphone you might need to type in the login more often (each time after it disconnects). All in all comparable to a good ***Hotel.
Serge and his family that run the hotel are excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast.
Pillows could be softer and a better access system for WIFI but it works ok.
The hotel is little bit far from the city centre. You have to drive about 15 minutes. if you have car it is very easy to find as its close to the highway. We really loved our stay. Room was simple but everything was clean and the guy on a reception was very friendly and helpful. You can see he is doing his job with love and passion. Breakfast was simple but we did not need more. I truly recommend this hotel if you need just to stay one day on a way and you have a car.
