I like very mutch position, the palace, the elegant and clean room! the courtesy of the hotel staff. I don't like the problems never resolved with the broken air conditioning system. |

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are really stylish and the location is perfect. Fabulous spacious bathroom as well. I would recommend this hotel highly. Breakfast is excellent too as you can eat in an open air courtyard. |

Room was pleasant with convenient, central location. Nice continental breakfast. Room was a little cold and overlooked a street which was busy at night so we could hear people in the bars opposite although not enough to keep us awake. |

Virtually everything - nice, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, central location The noise from the street cafes below - but to be fair, that is the price you pay for a central location. Double glazed windows would make a difference, though. |

Very kind personnel, free internet access, in the center of old Brescia, perfect for tourists, less convenient for people with a tight schedule, many good restaurants around Access not easy at rush hour in Brescia, parking far away with luggage (drop luggage at reception before parking), minibar a bit noisy (unplug it at night) |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they were able to refer us to some wonderful local restaurants specialising in local Brescian cuisine. The situation of the hotel was more than I expected - we couldn't have asked for anything more central. The rooms were individualised and comfortable. would have liked some cooked breakfast - but the cold buffet was very good. |

Very central and friendly - good price and lovely atmosphere. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms and so comfort was very poor for the people in that room while where it did work the comfort level was perfect. |
