Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Located in the old town (best area) and not far from the train station. A good base for travelling to surrounding areas (milan, verona etc) |

The hotel has a superb location, in the (very attractive) centre of Brescia. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The price is rather high for what is basically a quite simple, if boutique, hotel. Nevertheless, we have every intention of returning there. |

I like very mutch position, the palace, the elegant and clean room! the courtesy of the hotel staff. I don't like the problems never resolved with the broken air conditioning system. |

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are really stylish and the location is perfect. Fabulous spacious bathroom as well. I would recommend this hotel highly. Breakfast is excellent too as you can eat in an open air courtyard. |

Room was pleasant with convenient, central location. Nice continental breakfast. Room was a little cold and overlooked a street which was busy at night so we could hear people in the bars opposite although not enough to keep us awake. |

è un albergo molto curato, elegante, molto confortevole. Lo staff è molto gentile. Si trova in pieno centro, in una zona piena di locali. Non ha i doppi vetri. Ho avuto grosse difficoltà a addormentarmi per il rumore. |

Außerordentlich bemüht und sehr charmant waren alle Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage und unsere Zimmer einen schönen Blick auf den Uhrenturm. Die Restaurantempfehlung war einfach perfekt. Das Hotel insgesamt ist hübsch und geschmackvoll. Wir fühlten uns sofort Zuhause. |

J'avais demandé une chambre au calme et c'est ce que j'ai obtenu. Ascenseur silencieux et très peu de passage car dernier étage. Je vous recommande la chambre n°31, avec une petite terrasse qui devrait être aménagé pour une plus grande discrétion ( vis à vis sur les voisins). Je déplore la qualité et la quantité du petit-déjeuner. Je doute que le jus d'orange soit pressé! |

Die zentrale Lage war ideal, um am Abend in die umliegenden Restaurants und Bars zu gehen und das typisch italienische Flair zu geniessen (ohne nachher mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen). Aufgrund der verkehrsberuhigten Zone (Fußgängerzone) war das Zimmer auf die Gasse ab 24 Uhr ruhig. Die romantische Ausstattung des Zimmers. Das Frühstück war gemessen am Zimmerpreis dürftig und es gab keine weichen Eier bzw. Eierspeis und keine Früchte. |
