Staff Location Value for Money
Ottocento provided outstanding value as a hotel for vacationing in Rome. One block from Via Veneto. Clean well furnished rooms. Outstanding staff - competent, helpful, and friendly. Fine restaurant on the property. Outstanding food - reasonably priced. Cordial competent staff. Breakfast is superb.
Location of the hotel.Cuisine.Service in restaraunt.
Польстились только на недорогую стоимость размещения. Биде в номере есть-это хорошо.
Площадь номера микроскопичная, шумоизоляции-нет, спишь как на улице, завтрак- одно название. Это не просто не 4 звезды, это даже не 3.
Great location if you arrive at Termini train station-two stops and you're within a two minute walk to the hotel. Just a few minutes' walk from Trevi fountain (now closed for repair) and into the heart of the center. Comfortable, traditional rooms and professional staff. Great hot water pressure in shower, towel warmers. Very good breakfast including good cappucini, eggs, fruit, yogurt, meat/cheeses and pastries.
A bit of mildew in the shower (room 203) - a spritz of bleach would take care of it.
The hotel is very good and all location is perfect which helps that everything ja beside thia hotel
Hot water is not available in the rooms and breakfest is very poor.
Central Location but quiet street,,style of hotel was tasteful but not over the top, helpful staff made our stay easy, lovely variety of breakfast foods.
Found it hard to find walking from rail station but it was dark and we were carrying 3 cases! A taxi would have been a good idea.
The hotel is close to the Metrostation Barberinni, close to Fontana di Trevi and other sights. Room was a bit small but very nice. We had to left one day earlier but haven't paid the cancelled night.
We haven't got any information from the reception concerning the general strike.
the staff the breakfast the location clean room
wifi slow at the room, but ok at the reception
Good location and excellent cleanliness
Room is to small, not hi speed internet
Staff, excellent People.
- Minibar, expensive, beer 6 eur - Water in the shower, it was simply not cold, either wasnt hot...
Good localization near barberini metro station. Everything clean and organized. The staff is very attencious. I would recommend for a friend.
Close to Berbelini subway.Very easy to find and get. Very clean. Thanks to service and stuff, always ready to help. Good breakfast.
One uppish girl on reception (but she did her duties excellent). Bathrobe and sleepers delivered on request... TV IN ITALIAN ONLY!!! Please, put at least one English and one German channel. Other languages due to technical possibilities. More as 3* hotel, than 4 as announced..
Good location, friendly staff, clean
Beds need to be a little bigger
Good hotel, clean with excellent location, almost near every important landmark of Rome and the commercial streets. Good and helpful staff with polite behaviour.
Very small room, definitely the overall impression is that it is not a 4-star hotel. The money paid for this kind of hotel is excessive.
Good location within walking distance of all sites. The restaurant offered good service at good price.
The room was a bit cold.
We have almost only good things to say about our stay (WiFi was the only real issue). The room was large enough and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed. There is a 24-hour reception desk and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, with something to suit anyone's tastes. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
the only important improvement the hotels needs to make is better WiFi. In the room it was very spotty (did not work or was very slow much of the time). We were given another WiFi code for the dining room and it did not work at all. We ended up seeking restaurants that had WiFi to get things done online that we needed to do. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic.
location, food, atmosphere, personel, room
we could hear every word the people in next room were saying
The staff was very helpful and attentive both at the desk and in the breakfast room . We loved the location for restaurants and the big red bus.
Wish it was a little cheaper.
The staff were all really nice, very helpful and responsive. Reception girls were friendly and had good English.
Room was small&poky and a strong smell of cigarette smoke seemed to come from heating vent on wall. It was warm enough to leave window open through night to offset this. Receptionist did kindly offer to show us a different room but we didn't want to move our things so we stayed put. No tea/coffee facility in room which we always like as need something to drink first thing. Guess we could have called down for tea but waited til we had breakfast.
Location on a quiet street and near many sites are walking distance away. Staff was very helpful and good breakfast. The hotel is comfortable and nicely furnished.
Great Location, clean room, very friendly staff.
Hard bed, noisy at night, while located on the busy street.
20 mins walk to all sites
