The location was great being so close to tourist sites.
Uncomfortable bed and a small room.
Most of all I like the location and the staff. The room was big .
Breakfast was great with so many possibilities. Very clean room and bathroom.
No dislikes at all.
First impression upon arrival was excellent, the Receptionist was most helpful when we explained our medical problem, which unfortunately resulted in staying only 1 night. We required assistance with o/seas phone calls and many faxes, the Reception Staff excelled. Very grateful for their time & effort. Hope to return.
Location The Air-Conditioning worked well the room was always fresh. The shower had great pressure.
Wi-fi did not work well. The mattress and bedding needs an upgrade too soft. The breakfast also needs an upgrade.
Very central. Very polite and helpful front desk. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Would come back. Didn't try the restaurant although the menu looked good.
Room a bit small.... But who cares? Strangely no receptacle in the shower cubicle to place a bar of soap or shower gel!!!
We liked the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Hotel .
Staff were really helpful
Restaurant was expensive.
breakfast is ok, not wow. barberini station is close by clean, staff is nice
we thought it was on spanish steps but it was kinda far. bed not very comfortable
Hotel in perfect place close to city center, but far from traffic and tourist ways, so very calm. Room was very beautiful, well and luxury equipped, we spent here two nights and it was perfect choice for start of our honeymoon
Hotel location (walking distance from city centre) Staff very friendly Good breakfast Wifi Reservation confirmed from reception Suitcase can be left in reception even after checkout Not on the main street
Room smells probably by disinfection (openned window is the solution at least for a while)
Staff, location, comfort, service - everything excellent, exceptional. Very nice restaurant on the roof. We stayed 8 days and definitely can feel all superior hotel service.
Nothing, small thing - not in place breakfast box if you have to leave early for excursion, but in this case coffee is available, so no negative issues
Friendly staff just perfect in every way will defo be coming back enjoyed our break so much made special by you thank you x
The concierge (front desk) was very friendly and helpful at giving us advice on everything from dinner locations to shopping to transport etc. The room was value for money and the location was walking distance to many attractions.
Noise at night
There were lots of eateries around us an the hotel was very central and in easy walking distance to many of the attractions. The staff were very helpful as to finding different attractions, referring us to reasonably priced authentic Italian cooking restaurants. The hotel sat perfectly in the middle of the name brands and the normal shopping locations. A good selection for breakfast. A lovely quiet location.
If I had a complaint it was that the mattress on our bed had a slight ridge in the middle. Otherwise no other problems.
Young lady at reception the day we arrived was a little rude. Seemed very cold. Elevator was minuscule!! Rooms were tiny as well. Very basic breakfast and not much choice at all. It was ok.
Not enough breakfast choice. Small rooms and tiny elevator.
Poros service, terrible elevador and wifi. Staff did not care much on anything.
The room was really nice! Beautiful bathroom! Rooftop cafe was charming! Breakfast was nice! Staff was helpful and very nice!
No ability to bring in outside drinks or snacks.
Beds were comfortable, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Very close walk to the Spanish steps
No television stations in English
The Albergo Ottocento is a short walk from the Bernini Metro station. It's close to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It has a lovely rooftop restaurant. It's a small, but elegant hotel and is reasonably priced for its location. Our room was well air conditioned and comfortable.
Perfect location really close to all the sites furthest is Colloeseum which is about 30mins max walking. Super helpful and friendly staff
Bed is quite hard, but then again we didn't spend time in it as we up an about
Location and breakfast
The shower blocked and the floor felt slimy.
