beautiful hotel, furnishings and room in general above all expectations. although it was lovely perhaps they could offer more in the way of tourist information like tour info on capri and pompeii. |

The location is perfect for a short pleasuse stay. The hotel is very well conserved and the staff is very kind. Everything was perfect during our stay. |

The building was fabulous and the rooms were done to an extremely high standard. The location of the hotel was fantastic but hard to find when driving. The breakfast was also extremely good and it was a brilliant stay. |

The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The only thing missing was a clock but that was true of all of the hotels we stayed in on our trip. The beds were much more comfortable than other hotels. We needed an early wake up call and taxi to the airport and both were delivered without a hitch. We needed a cot for a child in the room, and were upgraded to a junior suite at no charge. The neighborhood around the hotel was not the best, but that seems to be true of every hotel in Naples. |

The room was lovely - very comfortable, stylish and roomy. We didn't like the girls at the front desk - they were a little bit bored and not very friendly and helpful. |

Very clean, quiet and nicely decorated rooms. Staff were very helpful although only one or two spoke English. Breakfast was adequate but they don't tell you that you can order fried eggs. Good size flat screen TV in the room. Nice bathroom supplies and free slippers but no tissues. Would definitely stay there again. Room did not have any tea and coffee making facilities or hotel information booklet. Quite hard to find the hotel in the maze of streets. |

Hotel is a total success. Room was exactly what I wanted: large, bright, clean, modern, high ceilings, with very successful and comfortable decoration. Not overdesigned. Very well thought out. Bathroom was excellent in every way. Wonderful Etro toiletries. Staff perfect. Breakfast was really not very interesting and urgently needs to be brought up to standard of hotel. They should serve sfogliatelle and other Naples specialities! Also bathroom could do with two bars of soap instead on one, and a box of tissues. |

Almost everything!! The hotel is bright, clean and very spacious, and combines elegance and style - check out the beautiful sweeping staircase. The bedroom was large and again beautifully decorated, with every facility provided. The staff were also excellent, friendly and very welcoming. The only downside to the hotel might be its location - its not particularly easy to find and its also in an area of small, tight bustling streets, which may not be to every person's liking or taste. But that's Naples, I presume!! |

We were particularly pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room because we had a two-year-old daughter with us. Not only was the staff so helpful and friendly all the time at site, they helped us prepare our stay even before the trip communicating by email. |

The hotel was really nice and affordable and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was really, really hard to find. Even our Taxi driver was not able to find it without stopping and asking for directions a few times. |
