Great location and fantastic staff. Nice, comfortable rooms.

The only negative relates to the colorlessness of the place. You'd never know you are staying in a hotel in the middle of old Naples. Once in your room, you could be in a nice Holiday Inn in Nebraska. Bland furnishings and nothing at all that reflects the fact you are stating in the old town. A shame and puzzling decision by the interior decorators.

The hotel is a modernised older building. Quite minimalist in its decor and is essentially a boutique hotel. It suited us ideally as a place to stay the night between flights into and out of Naples. We loved the welcome drink with some really good quality nibbles.

Nothing really. Perhaps a hotel nearer the airport would have been better but it's location near a busy area of Naples gave us somewhere to visit and since it doesn't do evening meals there were some good eateries nearby

Everything was fine - staff, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast. Room was quiet which is very important to us.

I would recommend to put a coffe/tea maker in the room.

What's not to like?

Clean, modern decorated rooms with good air conditioning. Good location if you want to stay in historic center. Close to the 2 of the best pizzerias. Free welcome drink. Information message was sent about the transportation costs from airport, as soon as I made the booking. Comfortable bed. High quality breakfast. Bathrobe and slipers were supplied as ammanities. I would stay in this hotel for this price again.

A bit far from port for walking. But even that is doable. Price is a bit on the expensive side but it was worth for every cent we paid. The view is not the best.

Excellent hotel for the centre of Naples. Located in an ancient restaured palace in the middle of the old part of the town. Breakfast included and free wifi, as well as a welcome drink. Rooms are big and with a modern bathroom. An excellent choice in a city with few decent hotels at reasonable prices.

Great location, very comfortable, friendly staff. The most important, the hotel offers free private parking which is almost impossible to find in that part of the city

There is in main city area, and very easy to access the shopping area. And not so far from central rail road station.

It is very difficult to find the location. It took almost 30min to find it for me.

Very helpful staff - overall level of service is very good I woudl not hesitate to stay at the hotel again

Only negative point was the fact that the room was ot as clean as it could be - there was a centimeter of dust on the window frame and the baseborads in the room - a surprise given the overall good quality of the serviices provided by the hotel

The decor of the hotel was stylish, very restful, tasteful and high quality. Minimal but still very comfortable and promoting a feeling of calm and relaxation. The bathroom was beautifully appointed, spacious and with a wide range of toiletries.The bed was comfy with high quality linen. The welcome drink and sumptuous "nibbles" was a lovely touch and the bar area was decorated in a funky style. Staff were friendly and helpful and the central location was a real bonus especially as it was also quiet and peaceful.

We weren't aware that we couldn't drive up to the hotel due to restrictions on access to the city centre, however a friendly policewoman helped us out. I would advise you to park at Parking Porto and then walk to the hotel to avoid the manic driving in Napoli.

The staff were great, very helpful and informed. Enjoyed our welcome drink at the bar. Safe and secure hotel. Great breakfast.

Open breakfast was nice, there is also free wireless internet and also free welcome drink

The place was not good, the elevator was very slow, the staff was calm, the isolation of the rooms was very bad as you can hear the sounds of the other rooms, bar and breakfast restaurant was small, the price was high for these properties
