走过一个街口就是翁布托大街，右拐15分钟是码头，左拐15分钟是火车站，所以地理位置不错。

我们预定的Classic Room真是太小了，介绍上说20平方应该是算上了卫生间了吧，在房间里都转不开身，行李更是无法放置！如- 果预算够的话，每天多付30欧元，可以住到真的超级大的房间呢！

Opulent decor, generous canapies with our welcome drink, accommodating and helpful staff and lovely patries for breakfast. I super stay all round.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was nice, breakfast good and bar staff helpful and friednly. The welcome drink was a nice extra

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English. The rooms are bigger than your normal "European" rooms so that was definitley a plus. Everything is modern and the breakfast is better than your typical European breakfast. The location is perfect because you are close to shopping,restuarants, and the pier. You shouldn't need a rental car. You are also close to the airport so the taxi ride shouldn't be that expensive. I would definitley recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice and convenient to see many sites.The bartender was wonderful. The front desk staff was fine but not particularly helpful.

The facility appears to be recently updated and is very clean. The hotel staff (especially the bar host) was very helpful and friendly.

The area around the property is not as clean as it could be, but it is definitely safe and surrounded by great shopping and the best pizza I have tasted.

The staff was very helpful and very polite

Very central location of this hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. A special mention to the barkeeper, who gave every evening the best of himself to serve the most wonderful appetizers with the drinks.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The location was excellent, being around the corner from the old historical area- we could walk everywhere! The bar was a calm oasis to return to after the busy streets of Naples - the bartender very courteous and delighting us with local canapes to accompany our drinks.

The breakfast staff, although very polite, did not prepare tables so they remained uncleared from previous use and food was not replaced promptly for the buffet. We had to ask for things more than once and did not feel that they were keen to serve. The ambience at breakfast was consequently at odds with the general surroundings, seeming loud and chaotic. The communal areas were not clean and as we walked down the stairs from our fourth floor room, I had dust on my clothes from leaning over the bannister to admire the the view!

It´s an excellent hotel considering it isn't expensive. The rooms are large and comfortable, full of closets and drawers, the bathroom excelent, the staff always polite and nice. But be aware of what you are buying: for those who want to visit quickly the historical sites of the city there is no better option: almost all of them are within walking distance. The neighbourhood, though, is dirty and degraded, even the street itself not being bad. For those who enjoy a more pleasant area, with better restaurants and shops, its not the best option.

The decor of the hotel was stylish, very restful, tasteful and high quality. Minimal but still very comfortable and promoting a feeling of calm and relaxation. The bathroom was beautifully appointed, spacious and with a wide range of toiletries.The bed was comfy with high quality linen. The welcome drink and sumptuous "nibbles" was a lovely touch and the bar area was decorated in a funky style. Staff were friendly and helpful and the central location was a real bonus especially as it was also quiet and peaceful.

We weren't aware that we couldn't drive up to the hotel due to restrictions on access to the city centre, however a friendly policewoman helped us out. I would advise you to park at Parking Porto and then walk to the hotel to avoid the manic driving in Napoli.

This hotel is totally different in comparison to it's surrounding atmosphere, better words it's an Oasis at a local Napoli district.
