Good location and comfort as well as access to the Internet

Nice, helpful staff, convenient location.

I'll repeat what somebody already said: this is not a hotel, this is a hostel. Very basic, no room service, they clean the rooms once a week, there are no towels, no shampoo. If you're prepared for that, then it's a conveniently located place.

Very helpful young woman at front desk (she was excellent); room was clean.

Breakfast was quite spare and breakfast staff was not very friendly or welcoming (incredibly loud pop music at 8am). Common showers/ bathrooms cleaned in the afternoon, ok, but were often bad by morning.

The cost. This was the most expensive place we stayed in during our trip and by far the worst in terms of comfort and facilities. On our last night we stayed in a hotel near the airport in Bologna, for 30% less and the facilities there were far superior. We had to share a bathroom which I don't object to in principle, but at this price was unacceptable.

The room was very big and clean!

They asked me for a 1.5€ turist tax which I was not supposed to pay. The breakfast was kind of poor...

Location-25min by foot to Fair and 10min to old town.

1) Building has no style 2) It's deadly cold in there in winter 3) The heater in the room makes much noise with almost no effect 4) The staff doesn't know what they're doing and are hard to find 5) Breakfast is just one croissant 6) To get in you have to wait at the gate (sometimes long) for someone to open it. Avoid this place.

The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with all the basic amenities. i would unhesitatingly stay here again on my next visit to Bologna!

I was more than satisfied, because I was expecting it to be bad. Fortunately it was very clean, very comfortable and spacious!! The breakfast was not expected to be so good, I was surprised!! It is located very near the central station and the neighborhood is quiet.

The staff didn't speak english. There was some noise after 06.30 in the morning, when most of the people were leaving...

The location and the staff were great.

The room was a bit minimal but everything was clean and comfortable. It would have been great if there was a hair dryer as when you travel on your own for a week or so it is hard to take this with you in your carry on luguagge.

I loved the position and the fact that this hotel is a "no-profit" organization.

The doors are closed at 1:30 am.

It's not far from the train station (approx 15 min) and from intercity bus station (approx 7 min). You can reach city center by walk in 10-20 min depending on the destination. There is also city bus station near the hotel, but I'm not sure about the rout of the buses, wheter they go to the center or around the town

My flight was late and due to this I arrived to Bologna at 2:30 instead of expected 10:00 p.m. Just when I had landed, I called to Albergo Pallone to say that I will be late and to ask them to open the door for me. But the reply was the following: It's not our problem that your fligt was late, we will not open the door for you as it's our rules. After some monutes of begging from my side, receptionist agreed to help me and gave me the number of his colleague who will open the door for me. But when I finally arrived to the hotel, the phone didn't answer, and nobody didn't open the door. I was in risk to stay out during that night, hopefully, I met with one kind couple who kindly took me at their housing.

I liked to stay in the hotel because of its charming and helful staff and the location. It is very convinient to go the railway station and to the city center.

Location is quite good. Walkable from the station and to the city center. Stuff is really nice and helpful!

Looks like an ex-hospital. Breakfasts are terrible - never had scrap like this - just cookies and serials (all sweet),coffee and cheap juice (which is actually not real juice)! Wi-fi inernet connection is also very very bad - stops working that many people try to cennect it in the evening. The price for room with toilet and bathroom outside was around 80 euros, which is too high for such a hotel. So, overall - thumbs down.

中央駅からそれほど遠くなく（15分はみたほうがいいかも）市内観光も楽。 「毎日01:30～07:30まで施錠される」とありますが、4月末現在はカードキーで何時でも出入り可能- となっていました。 Now Information has changed. You can enter and leave whenever you want. No need to care about the time to be back.

鉄道に沿っているアンジェロ・マシーニ通りからパッローネ通りに入ってホテルに向かう場合、周りは企業のビ- ルやバスの車庫だけで、夜は人通りが少なくやや物騒に感じました。遅くなるときは、インディペンデンツァ通- りから来た方がいいかもしれません。 朝食はパンやジュースがそれぞれ三種類くらい。ラスクやジャムもありました。まずくはありませんがどれも甘- すぎ。朝食込みの値段なので何か口に出来ればOKと考えておけばいいと思います。水がないか聞いたら、ちょ- っと考えた顔をしてペットボトルの水をくれました。払わなくていいと言われましたが、もしかしたら有料だっ- たかもしれません。 通路には常に明かりはありません。チェックインが夜だったので、スイッチを探すまで真っ暗な廊下を手探りで- 歩かなければならなかった。まるで深夜の学校で肝試ししてるみたいでした。少し経つと明かりは自動で切れて- しまいます。 残念ながらスタッフは私にとって親しみやすいとは言いがたかった。イタリア語でコミュニケーションをとった- ものの、印象的な笑顔もなく、もちろん何かを尋ねれば教えてくれはするが、面倒そうな対応だったり、スタッ- フ同士でおしゃべりしていたりで、あまり感じの良いものではなかった。単に泊まるだけ、という考えならここ- は利便性があり都合のよい宿かもしれません。しかしイタリアならではの暖かいもてなしを期待する私のような- 人は避けた方が賢明かも。味も素っ気も感じられず、また利用したいという気持ちにはなりませんでした。

Hotel w klimacie schroniska....w pokoju prycze do spania, jakas szafa, umywalka.....toaleta ( nie za czysta!!) na korytarzu.Wszystko w beznadziejnej kolorystyce, zielen I blekit, bezguscie!!! Sniadanie.....wyliczony rogalik,do wyboru;) plus kawalki suchej bagietki, ktorej juz o 8.30 nie bylo, skonczyla sie:(( Nikomu nie polecam, do tego od 1.30 do 8.00 rano hotel zamkniety!!! Zenada, ze w century miasta......

Dobra lokalizacja, 10 minut do dworca kolejowego. Wyposażenie pokoi skromne, śniadanie włoskie. Ogólnie polecam ale raczej na krótki wypad.

Molto tranquillo. Colazione soddisfacente.

Il check-in alle 14 è molto scomodo e francamente difficile da capire (le 12 mi sembra un buon compromesso). Si aggiunga che l'hotel chiude all'1.30. La struttura è grande ma poco curata. Nei corridoi si respirano odori intensi non meglio identificabili. Il prezzo era troppo alto.
