comfortable rooms, enough space, view over the lake, rich breakfast buffet, good dinner with daily menu for fair Price, nice stuff, very helpful, talks in italian, english and german, road in front of Hotel during the night low traffic, dog friendly. few parking space, most parking place has to be payed but Hotel offers cheaper ticket.

We found the staff to be very helpful. The was in a great location, and had easy distance access to ferries. Restaurant was good quality,absolutely prices.

Nice old building and plenty of restaurants and bars close. The hotel is also nice located at the beach front of the lake lago maggiore.

verry good service, free wifi breakfast with buffet and good cappuccino. Near the lake 20 meter. verry good restaurant and verry cheap !! nice family hotel the owners work hard and help you... if you have any questions

A picturesque hotel with a long history and newly renovated rooms. Nice and typically local building. Nice bars next door. Public beaches a couple of hundred meters from the hotel. The hotel isn't close to the main centre of Verbania. Lots of nice within less than a kilometer though.

Lage, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Saubere Zimmer, Preis-Leistung i.O., keine eigenen Parkplätze, abends muss zuerst ein Parkplatz gesucht werden.

Emplacement idéal dans un quartier agréable de Verbania, bord de lac, plusieurs restaurants de qualité a proximité, chambres très récentes et joliment décorées, vue sur lac pour certaines (plus bruyantes) les autre au calme donnent sur un agréable patio fleuri, copieux petit déjeuner en buffet, accueil charmant. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres.

die italienische Seite des Sees ist nicht so mondän wir die schweizerische, alles ist gemütlich und entspannt, freundliches Personal, ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof Anfang Mai in Italien ohne frische Blattsalate (nur Eisberg-S.), Busreise-Menue

Das Personal war sehr freindlich, obwohl die Englische Sprache für sie schwierig schien. Mit Humor, Händen und Füssen wir zu allen Infos kamen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Eine Bar mit leckeren Cocktails befindet sich direkt nebenan.

personnel très compétent et serviable. restaurant très bon et pas trop cher. très bon emplacement au bord du lac. chambre mal insonorisée (pas mal de bruit dans les couloirs).

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel très accueillant et parlant très bien français. Nous avions une chambre côté lac, la vue était juste magnifique. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est par ailleurs très bon pour le prix.

Deutschsprachig. Freundliches Personal. Nah am See. Für Kurztrips und genügsame Leute zu empfehlen. Die Matratzen waren zu dünn und durchgelegen. Für 1-2 Nächte akzeptabel. Der Kirchturm direkt nebenan läutet zu jeder viertel Stunde und zwar Dauergebimmel. Die Heizung wurde nur teilweise angestellt.
