Albergo Piceno  

The location was perfect for visiting our daughter who is spending a semester studying in Ascoli Piceno. The room was quite comfortable and we enjoyed being able to relax in the lobby. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good breakfast, especially the blood orange juice and the melon. We would definitely stay again if we have occasion to be back in the area.

Great location in the center of the city though on a narrow alley. Clean though small room. Helpful staff.

Very convenient location in town for tourists. Also very comfortable, and a good deal cheaper than the other Italian hotels we stayed in on this holiday

Breakfast was full of flies with the food not very well covered.

The hotel is fairly modern and the staff is friendly. Parking garage is a 10 minute walk away, but is discounted upon request at the front desk. The bathroom is modern and the shower has a rubber padded floor, way cool.

Finding the place is a bit tough with all of the do not enter signs and pedestrian walk ways. Just ignore the pedestrian walk signs and drive down the street next the to municipal building and drop off your bags. Breakfast is ho hum. Rooms with four is a bit cramped.

Huoneet mukavat, moderni avainkortti, monipuolinen ja hyvä aamiainen, ystävällinen ja joustava henkilökunta (saimme aamiaisemme aikaistetuksi aikataulumme takia). Sijainti hyvä, vain pieni pujaus pääkadulta.

Käytävässä suurella äänellä meluavat toiset hotellivieraat. Äänieristys ei ole hyvää tasoa.

Ottimo hotel nel cuore del centro storico.Ospitato in un palazzo antico a breve distanza da piazza Arringo (meno di 50 mt) ma in piena tranquillità perchè in una strada di solo passaggio pedonale. Le camere solo tutte un po' diverse tra loro,noi avevamo avuto in un primo tempo una camera nel sottotetto con travi a vista che poi,su richiesta,ci è stata cambiata con una al secondo piano che abbiamo trovato piu' confortevole.Le camere sono molto pulite,silenziose,complete di tutti gli accessori,rete Lan disponibile con cavo.Bagno moderno con cabina doccia teuco (in altre stanze disponibili anche bagni con vasca idromassaggio). Colazione superiore alla media delle tre stelle ,personale cordiale e disponibile a fornire informazioni utili per il soggiorno (luoghi da visitare,ristoranti,etc.).

Unico neo, ma neanche tanto importante ,è che trovandosi tra zona a traffico limitato e zona pedonale ,bisogna scaricare l'auto a una certa distanza e poi servirsi del garage consigliato che in linea d'aria ed a piedi non è molto distante,ma in auto costringe a fare un lungo giro causa appunto ztl .
