The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Very good location.

I feel as if the hotel was misrepresented. When I read about the hotel it stated seaside views, so I assumed that all rooms were seaside. They however are not. The first room I was put in had a view of the street! When my husband asked for a seasside room we were told we would be charged an extra 10 euros a night (which we agreed to). Then we went out to the beach to find out that we would be charged 35 euros for two chairs and an umbrella per day(which I was under the impression that the beach was included in the room). The shower was so small you could barely turn around, and I am not a big woman. Also in the shower the water went from extremely hot to extremely cold every few seconds. Overall a huge disappointment, I would never stay there again. Also the hotel brags about a playground for the children, but every hotel on that beach had a playground for the children.

I visited the Punta de lEst at the end of may/beginning of June and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room spotless with a good view of the beach. Good facilities are provided at the beach by the hotel, breakfast was your typical continental. Pescara is around 1 hour stroll along the beach or the bus takes 10 minutes from right outside the hotel. Fair amount to do in Francville anyway with great ice cream avialable opposite and a cafe selling great pizza just along the road.

Only criticism is that rooms are slightly small.

Bella l'architettira degli edifici, due grandi ville comunicanti che non ti danno l'idea di alloggiare in un hotel ma in un luogo più intimo. Camere moderne e confortevoli. Grande cura dei dettagli, cose semplici ma di buon gusto. Tanti I fiori e le piante , bellissima e veramente ampia la spiaggia.Mi era stato consigliato e sicuramente ci torneremo. Coppia giovane.

Leuk strand met goede bedden het stadje is matig voor betere restaurants moet je naar Pescara. Kamers zijn gehorig en zeer klein, douche klein.

Das Zimmer in dem wir waren ist sehr klein und unbequem. Längerer Aufenthalt ist mühsam. Hierfür ist der Preis für den Teil der Saison zu hoch.

een heel goede ontvangst en een enorme goede service. Kamer en ontbijt formule uitstekend. Ook gebruik van Lunch en avondeten aan te raden. Een aanrader

Il parcheggio

Unkompliziertes Hotel, ich fühlte mich sehr wohl.Es war mein zweiter Besuch, mein Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Auch war es gross genug. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und regional geprägt, sodass man landestypische Speisen bekommt. Viele Stammgäste. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt, und von Carlo gut betreut. Mein dort ausgeliehenes und im Preis enthaltenes Fahrrad war in gutem Zustand.

Nous avons séjourné dans leur toute nouvelle chambre dans les toits et nous pouvons dire que celle ci était magnifique... Les terrasses sont aussi très agréables, et surtout cette facilité d'accès à la plage qui est superbe.

Tout dabord un petit problème d'air conditionné dans notre chambre...mais bon un soucis technique ça arrive et puis ils ont règlé le problème. Par contre le petit déjeuner buffet n'était absolument pas assez varié, pas vraiment beaucoup de choix. Au niveau budget, il faut savoir que dans le prix des chambres n'est pas prévu le parasol ni les lits de plage...et ça ce n'est pas normal, quand vous réservez une chambre avec une plage privée la moindre des choses est d'inclure dans le prix des chambres l'emplacement sur la plage!

очень хороший отель при сочетании "цена-качество". даже я бы сказал лучший в этом поселке. не пожалеете, если поедете. находится прямо на пляже, очень приветливый персонал. приготовьтесь к тому, что могут быть языковые проблемы. идеальный вариант - знание итальянского, английский тоже неплохо, а с немецким - надо поймать владеющего им сотрудника. но в любом случае договоритесь. с питанием, если не будет "все включено" советую ходить в рядом расположенную пиццерию (это 10 мин пешком в сторону от центра пескаре) hombre & Co , работает с 19 часов до последнего клиента. в поселке отдыхают на 95% итальянцы, приезжих из других стран немного, имейте ввиду, что цена за отель может включать и зонтик на пляже и 2 лежака. рекомендую этот отель, тем более, что работает до октября а потом закрывается.
