Lovely quiet hotel, staff very friendly and ideal location as the restaurants nearby cheaper to eat in than in venice. Would stay there again. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and quality of the food at breakfast wasn't as nice as it could have been. |

Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful, very close to St Marks Square Too hot, the temp was very high and the only way to cool our room was to have the windows open all the time |

Ease of access to Venice mainland. Good selection of places to eat and generally a good location away from the cost and crush of Venice mainland. Would stay at the Lido again but probably not at this hotel. Inability to get a drink at the bar due to staff issues. Coffee in the morning was instant...if you ask for a caapucino the first one is included the others have to be paid for. The bathroom is small and has a ridiculously large washhand basin. |

Reasonable buffet breakfast,cleanliness of the room, near to main shops, near to the boats into Venice and easy to access to and from the airport by the ferry line We arrived around 11.30pm and it would have been good to have been offered coffee, tea or water. Even a pay machine in the dining area would be useful. |

Great location - just a five minute walk from the boat station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fair priced hotel. Nothing negative to comment about. |

I've been staying there only for one night. So impressions can't be complete. Main advantage is convenient place: 15 minuits from S.Marko bus stop by ship, 10 minuits walking from the beach. Price is also affordable Quite poor breakfast |

Very good hotel to enjoy both seaside and exploring Venice. Very good location, close to main street, restaurants and vaporetto stop. Poor breakfast, not very welcoming staff. |

pleasant staff, excellent location, 2 minutes walk to main shopping area of venice lido and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel is also only 5 minutes walk from the water bus stop. Good continental breakfast, cereals, bread rolls, fruit and croissants. We had a superior room which had a balcony. |

It is close to vaporeto station. Then 20 minutes by vaporeto to Venice center. 15 minutes walking to free public beach. A bout vaporeto: we used it four days and we have bought tickets only once - no control was met. Breakfast is poor. |

The staff was exceptionnaly friendly, and having stayed on the main island during previous trips to Venice, staying on Lido Island is the way I will always do it. Very relaxing island atmosphere. The hotel is truly a 5 minute walk to the water metro station, and only 10-15 minutes walk to the public beach on Lido. Also, very clean. |

the staff were very helpful and polite it was convenient for the local restaurants and not far from the beach about a 10 minute walk The breakfast did not offer much variety- it was adequate but some meat /salami etc would have been nice |
