Very good!

Excellent Staff, Clean Room and Good Breakfast.

Balcony was little small... But no complaints.... Good worth for money .

The room were very nice. The stuff was nice and friendly. The breakfast were good. The location is superb 5 min to the vaporeto station from where you can reach the main attractions of the city for 10 minutes.

The little noise.

Although a little difficulty was encountered in locating the hotel, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is located about three long blocks from the boat bus and bus station. The staff is excellent, extremely helpful, and provided information on the island of Lido, the city of Venice, and the best and fastest mode of transportation to and from the island and Venice proper. The breakfast buffet was excellent with two waitstaff personnel to make capuccino, coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. Everything was fresh at the buffet, the milk and juices cold, and a good selection of pastries, meats and cheeses. I highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Venice.

I found absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Frank and neil from the black country uk lovely hotel on the lido near to the ferry for san marco square ,there is also a direct ferry from the airport to here.The hotel seems to run very well with excellent curtios staff,our room was fairly large with good decor and the obligatory lcd tv which catered for most western european languages if thats your thing on holiday.There were a few local bars and shops just a few minuets walk away and if you didnt know a ten minuet walk will take you to the other side of the lido where there are sandy beaches for sunbathers and sun worshipers .Yes we would certainly use this hotel again if we were in the area but beware transport costs are high for touristsie 25 euros return to the airport and 13 euros to cross the water to san marco square both trips by public transport, the locals pay a lot less I would have thought the eu would have outlawed such an unfair practise oh and dont forget the tourist tax payable at your hotel approx 2.20 euros per night, happy holidays frank.

The location could not be faulted. The cleaning staff were very nice and talkative .

The desk staff seemed to busy to help you even though they were doing nothing. In our daughters room the bathroom had a distinct smell of urine. The breakfast staff were unpolite.

The staff was very nice, the location excellent, price ok.

There was no fridge in the room, and in the hot weather it would have been nice to be able to cool some drinks.

I liked very much the impecable cleanliness of the rooms, interior decorations with Murano glass and general relaxed and tranquil atmosphere of the hotel. The location was convenient and the price was a good value. Coffee served at breakfast was excellent as well as the pastry.

Breakfast selections were monotonous and after a while, boring. More diversity will improve the impression, especially with seasonal fresh fruit selection.

no English language channel on TV (even thought they had hundreds of channels)

Liked the outside garden and the close proximity to the shops, bars and restaurants at the Lido. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and breakfast was OK too.

Our double room and bathroom were very small and we wish we had booked a larger room.

The staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. There was a broad spread at breakfast, so you can have a bit of choice of what you want. Really good location, just 5 minutes from the vaporetto stop and a mixture of restaurants. Good place to stay if you want to see Venice but avoid staying in the bustle.

The only thing we didn't like was the very hard pillows - not comfortable at all.
