It was excellent hotel. In the top of mountains Montalbano near with Florence. Breakfest was like in 5 stars hotel. Also dinner was the best. Good price and very friendly personal.

Great friendly atmosphere. Very welcoming, pleasant and helpful team of staff headed by Guiseppe. Nothing too much trouble for them. Ensured we had a good stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. Hillside location in small village conveniently situated between Florence, Lucca and Pisa (within 1hr drive). Hotel restaurant convenient to eat in evenings and food and service good. Excellent value. Would chose again for a short break. Parking tight around hotel - but hotel staff extremely helpful on day we arrived and moved their car to accommodate us

We stayed in four hotels during our stay in Italy and I cant say in words how good this hotel is, Guiseppe the owner is one of nicest fellas you'll ever want to meet and is so so helpful. The room we had was fantastic however I think we were in a part of hotel thats been recently refurbished. The pool is lovely with cracking views over the tuscan countryside. The food at the resturant was fantastic. Overall great value for money! The location was very remote although it depends what you're looking for. Florence takes around an hour and pisa the same. Parking a bit of a nightmare at front of hotel but as you will see the hotel cant really do much about that as there is no room for them to build a proper car park.

In few words: - beautiful surroundings - really "bella vista" (beautiful view) from terrace - helpful staff - good breakfast Parking is solveable. If you do not want to spend all holiday in the hotel you need a car. Giuseppe does everything for your wishes. We spent superb holiday in Bellavista Hotel in San Baronto. The loud music from the neighbouring hotel disturbed our sleeping at the last two nights, but seven nights were silent.

I liked the beautiful views, good food, friendly staff and very helpful proprietor. The place is convenient for visiting beautiful places in Tuscany. The terrace, facing a rather busy road, is too small.

Very, very, very friendly personnel! Giuseppe and his team would do practically everything to ensure you would have a nice stay! Furthermore, really delicious breakfast and dinner at a very good price (considering it's Italy were talking about!). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable resort to plan your daytrips through Toscany! (a car is no luxary though since you're about an hour driving from Florence and basically on a top of a steep hill about 30 minutes from a large town (e.g. Pistoia). Only few complaints, as almost everything was perfectly in order! The rooms were quiet noisy though. If the guests in the adjoining room were to be snoring at a certain level of noisiness, you would definitely hear it. The same goes for loud conversations. The other minor thing were the mosquitos and the lack of anti-mosquito strategies.

La cortesia degli albergatori e la loro disponibilità nell'accogliere gli ospiti in modo professionale ma informale al tempo stesso. La pulizia delle camere e dei servizi. Unica pecca riscontrata: il menù del ristorante, dove sono presenti troppi piatti surgelati e questo per un albergo ristorante toscano non va bene.

Bei jedem Toskanaurlaub ist ein Aufenthalt im Hotel Bellavista immer ein sehr angenehmer Fixpunkt. Es passt einfach alles. Die Draufgabe ist das ausgezeichnete Restaurant. Ein Abendessen im Hotel Bellavista ist immer ein Erlebnis.

Super! Pas trop dur à trouver, le personnel est super sympa. La chambre est grande, la douche super! Le petit déjeuner est super; bref, c'est un excellent hotel, surtout niveau rapport qualité/prix! Le ménage aurait juste pu être à peine mieux fait, mais je dis bien à peine! On notera aussi que les murs sont un peu trop fins.

Guiseppe ist noch immer der Beste!!! Wie waren bereits vor 4 Jahren im Bellavista und es hat sich nicht viel geändert. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, super Essen und dann auch noch Guiseppe. Keine Wünsche bleiben bei ihm unerfüllt.
