Room was very dated and basic but clean The staff were very unwelcoming..... We got the impression that they didn't want our business. Restaurant portions were pathetic and the croissants at breakfast came in a plastic wrapper and smelt of cheese!

Het eten was voortreffelijk. Het hotel heeft een grote tuin met voldoende zit mogelijkheden. Het rustige middeleeuwse stadje is slechts een paar honderd meter lopen verwijderd van het hotel. WIFI was in de kamer niet op sterkte. We moesten naar buiten voor het internet.

Un cadre magnifique avec un grand jardin et sa piscine lort agréable apres une journée de voyage. Il manque la climatisation dans les chambre ,ce qui ne permet pas de dormir les fenetre ouverte la nuit et les chambres sur rue sont un peu bruyante.

Il casale "da Vestro" e' molto bello, un tipico casale toscano con una grande scala esterna che porta alle stanze del primo piano, cosi' si ha anche l' entrata indipendente! La posizione dell' albergo e' davvero comoda per girare questa particolare zona della Toscana vicino a Siena e alla splendida abbazia di san Galgano nella prospettiva di belle gite in auto nel raggio di 30 km,trekking nelle antiche vie dei pellegrini o anche in bici! La cucina e' ottima ma soprattutto mi ha colpito il personale e la proprietaria dell' albergo, accoglienza davvero familiare, tutti cordiali e disponibili, come sentirsi a casa!!!

La disponibilità dimostrata. In presenza di dubbio sulla disponibilità del ristorante, sono stato contattato direttamente telefonicamente Sul sito non era chiaramente indicata la disponibilità del ristorante per la domenica. Propongo una verifica. Nel documeto stampato relativamenet alla prenotazione, non ho trovato conferma dell'avvenuto pagamento. Forse dovuto ad inesperienza in questo tipo di prenotazioni e modalità di pagamento

La signora della reception, deliziosa. Il ristorante non e' quello che ti aspetti almeno a vedere dai vari adesivi gourmet attacati al vetro della porta e dalla quantita di bottiglie di vino di vario livello che si trovano all interno del ristorante. Sempre all' Interno sgradevole puzzo di sigaretta. La carta dei menu troppo rovinata e unta e l abbigliamento delle cameriere un po troppo trasandato soprattutto eviterei le ciabatte ....la vista di piedi non troppo curati durante il pasto e' poco piacevole.

Unser Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Dafür gibt es ein klasse Restaurant in dem man für 15,- € wirklich satt wird. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr schön und in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort. Dieses Hotel können wir wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Nice structure with garden. Easy to find. It is in between two streets.The room had no air condition and the window overlooked the intersection of two streets, we had to have the window open all night because it was so hot and there were two street lights, it was so light as if we had the light on all night. In the morning when we finally get some rest the garbage trucks woke us... We wanted to change the room but they said it was the best they have and that they were full...

la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari e del personale il ristorante offre un'ampia scelta di piatti squisiti la televisione è troppo piccola e mal posizionata il bagno dovrebbe essere rimodernato, sia nei sanitari che nei rubinetti
