The staff was extremely accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable.

1 T.V. Station in English would have been nice.

I liked the location, because it is very close to JRC in Ispra, where I had to visit. Good breakfast, free internet, free private parking, friendly staff.

If you know why you are staying there it is perfect choice; location 30 min. from Malpensa, 10 min from Lago Maggiore and 1hr from Lago Como. Hotel is modern, cean, resonable price, good food, excelent location to visit two grand lakes or more. There is one smaller lake in the village itself, with a beach, pedalos and smaller mountains views. You need a car to get there, to Cadrezzate. Thank you.

Everything was tidy

the location of the sauna - it should be in a smaller room with a place to dress and shower.

Hotel was quite new, so everything was glean ja quite modern also. The staff was very kind and they gave us many good advises. The breakfast was very good and you did not need to pay for using the own computer (li-fi).

Small village, the location was not very good.

Excellent standard of room with large balcony for the price. Secure undercover parking. Chef discussed menu with guests and made suggestions for the evening meals.

Village not particularly attractive and local lake did not have many tourist attractions. Safe in room broken. Not easy to manoeuvre in garage parking.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially when we had a problem with our hire car and managed to leave house keys behind when we left. Our room was clean and comfortable and, although it was not described as having the view of Lake Monate, we could see glimpses of Lake Maggiore! The weather was so hot that the air-conditioning in the room, which worked very well, was a real blessing. We would strongly recommend this hotel as a comfortable base for exploring Lake Maggiore.

Although the parking lot is not far away and we were able to keep our car cool by parking under cover, it is a bit difficult on first arrival at the hotel, when one does not know the location of the parking, because it is not possible to stop outside. It would be useful if the hotel had some printed information available about the locality and the village itself.

The terrace and view, quality of the room.

The views from the rooms are wonderful - both the lake and the mountains behind. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to be helpful; I felt like they really cared. The village is pretty without feeling like a resort.

The hotel is new brand new and the staff is perfect. The hotel is the ideal location both for business and recreation.

Ruime, schone, luxe kamer. Prachtig uitzicht over meer, heerlijk ontbijt. Lekker dicht bij (JRC) Ispra.

Muggezifterij, maar de brandmelder aan het plafond knippert.

Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Lage Monate. Sehr gutes Essen mit netter Bedienung. Saubere Zimmer mit Internet.

Das Frühstücksangebot ist bescheiden, doch gut.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Wir hatten das Zimmer 401 mit traumhafter Aussicht. Gern immer wieder!!

comme tous les hotels que j'ai fait en Italie, sauf l'ètoile du nord tous ont la télévision, mais sans aucune chaines françaises. Sur votre site signaler que la télévision n'est pas en français.
